Trans7 awalnya menggunakan nama TV7, dan pertama kali melakukan siaran perdananya secara terestrial di Jakarta pada 23 November 2001 dan pada saat itulah mayoritas sahamnya dimiliki oleh Kompas Gramedia. Pada tanggal 4 Agustus 2006, Trans Corp mengakuisisi mayoritas saham TV7. Meski sejak itulah TV7 dan Trans TV resmi bergabung, namun ternyata TV7 masih dimiliki oleh Kompas Gramedia, sampai TV7 akhirnya melakukan re-launch (peluncuran ulang) pada 15 Desember 2006 dan menggunakan nama baru, yaitu Trans7. saat ini Trans7 membuka lowongan kerja terbaru untuk beberapa posisi, berikut informasi posisi dan persyaratan yang dibutuhkan :

CREATIVE (CRE)

• Diploma or Bachelor Degree from any major.
• Interested in television program production.

PRESENTER (PRE)

• Bachelor Degree from any major.
• Highly interested in journalism, proficient in English.
• Good looking & camera face.
• Good interpersonal & communication skill.

REPORTER  (REP)

• Bachelor Degree from any major.
• Highly interested in journalism and proficient in English.
• Attach your recent photograph (close up).

CAMERA PERSON (CAMPERS)

• Diploma or Bachelor Degree from any major, preferably from Broadcasting or Journalistic.
• Have knowledge & skill of Camera Standard Operation Procedure.

ONLINE MEDIA UPLOADER:

• Bachelor Degree from any major.
• Interest in social media activity especially youtube.
• Excellent in interpersonal & communication skill.

ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE (AE) :

• Bachelor Degree from any major, preferably from Marketing and Business.

COMMERCIAL TRAFFIC

• Bachelor degree from any major
• Have a good analysis skill, initiative, and able to work in team.

INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY (IT)

• Diploma or Bachelor Degree in Information Technology.
• Have a good skill in IT network, hardware, programming, or front end.

TRAINING (TR) :

• Bachelor Degree from any major.
• Having passion for people development .
• Good analytical thinking.

LEGAL (LEG)

• Bachelor / Master Degree in Law.
• Preferably have an experience in Corporate Legal, License / Permit and Litigation.
• Preferably have a PERADI License.

ACCOUNTING

• Bachelor Degree from Accounting.
• Have Brevet Tax Certification is an advantage.

PROCUREMENT (PROC) :

• Diploma or Bachelor Degree from any major, preferably Accounting or Financial Management.
• Have knowledge in transaction and capability in negotiation.

PUBLIC RELATIONS (PR) :

• Bachelor Degree from any majors, preferably from Communication
• Good communication skill, energetic, and able to work under pressure.

CONTENT RESEARCH :

• Bachelor Degree from any major.
• Have good analytical thinking and passion in research.

VIDEO EDITOR (VE) :

• Diploma or Bachelor Degree, preferably  from Information Technology / Broadcasting.
• Have basic skill and knowledge of editing.
• Willing to work in shift

MOTION GRAPHIC (MG) :

• Diploma or Bachelor Degree in Design Communication Visual.
• Have a good skill in Adobe Photoshop, After Effects, Cinema 4D or 3D Max.

SCRIPTWRITER (CW) :

• Diploma or Bachelor Degree in Advertising
• Min. 1 year experience in advertising promotion.

DUBBER / VOICE OVER (VO) :

• Diploma or Bachelor Degree from any major.
• Min. 1 years experience as Voice Over / Dubber in production house / television station.

WARDROBE PERSON (WP) :

• Diploma or Bachelor Degree from any major.
• Passionate in fashion.
• Having good knowledge about moodboard.

ON AIR PRESENTATION (OAP) :

• Diploma or Bachelor degree from any major, preferably from Engineering.
• Good analytical thinking.
• Willing to work in shift.

QUALITY CONTROL (QCO) :

• Diploma or Bachelor degree from any major, preferably  from Industrial
• Engineering/Information Technology.
• Good analytical thinking.
• Willing to work with shift

MECHANICAL ELECTRICAL (ME) :

• Diploma or Bachelor Degree from Electrical Engineering.
• Willing to work in shift.

SET BUILDER (SB) :

• Bachelor Degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering or Interior Design.
• Have a good skill in Auto CAD or Sketch Up.
• Willing to work in shift.

TECHNICAL SUPPORT (TS) :

• Diploma or Bachelor Degree in Electrical Engineering, Telecommunication, or Information Technology.
• Have a good skill in Video Audio Technique.
• Willing to work in shift.

SET DESIGN :

• Diploma or Bachelor Degree from Architecture.
• Able to operate AutoCAD, 3ds Max, and Photoshop.

LOGISTIC (LOG) :

• Diploma or Bachelor Degree from any major.
• Willing to work in shift.

SET PROPERTY :

• Diploma or Bachelor Degree from any major, preferably  from Interior Design or product design.
• Have knowledge in property setting.
• Willing to work in shift.

ADMINISTRATION (ADM) :

• Diploma or Bachelor Degree from any major.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Office applications.

General Qualifications  :

• Max. 27 years old.
• Graduate Diploma or Bachelor Degree with GPA Min. 3.00, Assertive, Energetic, Having ability to work in fast-paced environment, Having Good Interpersonal and Communication Skills.
