MANAGER MINING OPERATIONS – 925272
(Jakarta Based)
  • Mining or Civil Engineering Degree or possibly Project Management
  • 20 years+ working exposure to Mine Operations.
  • 15 years+ as a manager or leader of people within senior operations management roles with a mining contractor firm, or production oriented large scale OP mining environments.
  • Overseas experience in leading Mine Group / Operations.
  • Contract experience
  • Open cut operations experience
  • Coal experience preferred
  • Analytical and understanding of contractual obligations and their impact on profitability
  • Cultural sensitivity with an understanding of issues relevant to large scale civil projects within developing countries.
  • Strong leadership and motivational skills; Strong Mentoring skills; Good analytical skills; Strong communication and negotiation skills;
  • A commitment to safety and a desire to maintain our Indonesian coal operations to world class international safety standards. You should also be able to clearly demonstrate previous results together with a pro-active commitment towards safety whilst having attained the teamwork and respect of local communities and adherence to relevant environmental standards;
  • A demonstrated commitment to continuous improvement;
  • Cross Cultural Management sensitivity and an understanding of community issues relevant to large mining projects within developing countries;
  • A willingness to travel regionally within Indonesia as required.

MANAGER PLANT OPERATIONS – 925273
(Balikpapan Based)
  • Mechanical trade qualification as a minimum. Post graduate qualifications or Degree in Mechanical Engineering would be highly regarded;
  • A minimum of 10 years’ experience in senior leadership role of a significant maintenance/heavy industry support business, preferably Western or Multi National Corporation;
  • A strong understanding of mobile equipment and maintenance strategies for large-scale OP earthmoving equipment;
  • Delivery of outstanding business results, Contemporary knowledge of asset management practices and Industry savvy (Mining / Heavy Industry preferred);
  • You will also have a sound knowledge of computer based maintenance management systems (e.g. JDE) and an understanding of mobile equipment maintenance best practice as well as a strong focus on maintenance planning and scheduling;
  • A commitment to safety and a desire to maintain our Indonesian coal operations to world class international safety standards. You should also be able to clearly demonstrate previous results together with a pro-active commitment towards safety whilst having attained the teamwork and respect of local communities and adherence to relevant environmental standards;
  • Cross Cultural Management sensitivity and an understanding of community issues relevant to large mining projects within developing countries.

SUPERINTENDENT COMPONENT REBUILD – 925274
(Balikpapan Based)
  • Graduated from Mechanical trade qualification as a minimum. Post graduate qualifications or Degree in Mechanical Engineering would be highly regarded.
  • Minimum of 10 years’ experience a relevant component rebuild industry in large open cut mining operation of which at least one or 5 years leadership experience in Mechanical repair/service supervision/ management role.
  • Proficient in handling skill diagnostic skills in all aspects of mechanical repairs, mechanic experience on Cat, Komatsu and Liebherr equipment, and knowledge of welding procedures.
  • You will also have a sound knowledge of computer based maintenance management systems (e.g. JDE) and an understanding of mobile equipment maintenance best practice as well as a strong focus on maintenance planning and scheduling;
  • Strong leadership and motivational skills; good analytical skills; strong communication skills in order to facilitate the accurate transfer of information to all areas of the company; a demonstrated commitment to continuous improvement;

MANAGER PEOPLE DEVELOPMENT – 925275
(Jakarta Based)
  • A University Degree in HR Management or Social Science and or certification in learning and people development with minimum 10 years’ experience as Manager in this roles and possess a general understanding in all aspect of HR, or Site experience in an HR or Training / Employee development role at a senior level; dealing with and managing cultural diversity will be an advantage;
  • Proficient in operational HR/ People Development, Proven Track record, Employee Resourcing, Employee Development, Competency Based HR System principles and concepts, Learning and people development principles and concepts, Training Needs Analysis principles and concepts;
  • Have facilitation skill at a variety of levels are required;
  • Experience analysing training effectiveness in a project environment;
  • Experience of training delivery in a project environment;
  • Excellent communication skills in English both verbal & written, including good skills in English, proficient in computer literacy;
  • Strong leadership and motivational skills; good analytical skills; a demonstrated commitment to continuous improvement.

COORDINATOR HSEQ – 925363
(Jakarta Based)
  • Tertiary Occupational Health, Safety and Environmental qualifications or relevant qualifications; have experience in open pit coal mining area is a must with minimum of 5 years’ experience in Supervision role as Coordinator HSEQ;
  • The candidate should possess HSEQ System Trainings (Investigation, Risk Assessment or other HSEQ Trainings supported the system); Having strong knowledge about Safety, Health, Environment & Quality (HSQ) Standard, OHSAS 18001, SMK3, SMKP, Safety Auditor, risk management process and government safety regulation; understand about HSE standard on mining and plant activities; Familiar with Safety management at all levels.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills; good in coaching/mentoring and negotiation/mediation; good analytical; conflict resolution; sound decision making skills; excellent communication skills in English both verbal and written and computer literate


ADMINISTRATOR HSEQ – 925362
(Jakarta Based)
  • Tertiary Occupational Health, Safety and Environmental qualifications or relevant qualifications, have experience on mining operation practice is more preferable with minimum of 3 years’ experience as Administrator HSEQ;
  • Proficient with HSE administration management / secretary role.; understand about HSE standard on mining and plant activities in mining contractor industry; Strong knowledge about Safety, Health, Environment & Quality (HSQ) Standard, OHSAS 18001, SMK3, SMKP, Safety Auditor, risk management process and government safety regulation is preferred;
  • Good interpersonal skill, communicative, proactive, attention to detail, work to deadlines, team player, fluent in English both oral and written, and proficient in computer literacy.

ENGINEER PLANT - 925361
(Jakarta Based)
  • Mechanical Engineering or Mechanical Trade Qualification
  • Have minimum 3 (three) years experiences as Mechanical Engineer or similar role with some operational/project experience

CAMP MAINTENANCE OFFICER – 925211
(Wahana Based)
  • Diploma from Civil Engineering or related discipline with minimum 4-7 years of experience in similar role;
  • Be able to draft reports and read construction drawing;
  • Good communication and organization skill; fluent in English both oral and written, and proficient in computer literacy.

SENIOR ENGINEER MINE PLANNING – 925360
(Senakin – based)
  • Mining or Geology Engineering Degree; with minimum 5 years’ experience in large open cut mining and mine engineering;
  • Outstanding proficiency in geological modelling and mine planning and other general office software (Microsoft); Good understanding in mining principles, mine design concepts and mining methods; an awareness of mine operation regulatory requirements;
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for both oral and written in English.

MANAGER ADMINISTRATION – 925121
(Melak Based)
  • Senior level; Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineer or Mining Engineer with minimum of 10 years’ experiences in either mining & civil discipline and minimum 5 years’ experience in similar role/ management role.
  • Experience in quantity and financial modelling appropriate to task requirements.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills; attention to details; good in coaching/mentoring and negotiation/mediation; Efficient; attention to details; good analytical; conflict resolution; sound decision making skills; excellent communication skills in English both verbal and written and computer literate.
