Saat ini PT Salam Pacific Indonesia Lines  membuka lowongan kerja  dengan kualifikasi sebagai berikut.
1. Continous Improvement Manager

Job Description

  • Analyze and processes/procedures and identify opportunities for efficiency gains
  • Ensuring are identified and implemented where appropriate
  • Work closely with Finance department to improve visibility of company cost structure, and initiate projects with highest bottom line impact based on this
  • Create business processes based on points above, and manage implementation of those
  • Be a key driver in taking SPIL organization to the next level, with standardization, automation and centralization as key objectives
  • Assist in implementing operating model (SPIL way) in all division
  • Ready to be place in Surabaya

Minimum Qualification

  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree
  • Proven experience as Continuous Improvement Manager or related field for at least 5 years
  • Certified Six Sigma Black Belt is mandatory
  • Excellent communication, management, analytical, and problem solving skills
  • Willing to be placed in Surabaya or Jakarta

2. Corporate Account Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Prospect and identify high value clients.
  • Build relationships with corporate clients to drive revenue growth and market share.
  • Oversee client portfolios and maintain their financial success and budgets.
  • Maintain relationship with existing clients and identify opportunities.

Minimum Qualification

  • Proven experience as Corporate Account Manager, Key Account Manager, or equivalent for at least 7 years.
  • Experienced in shipping or logistic industry would be an advantage.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Experienced in building and maintaining lasting relationships with a wide range of clients.
  • Customer oriented person and able to maintain a high level of client satisfaction.
  • Excellent analytical skills to evaluate client accounts and make recommendations to drive profitability.
  • Willing to be placed in Tanjung Priok, North Jakarta.

3. Customer Service Supervisor

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customers
  • Acknowledge and resolve customer complaints
  • Process orders, modifications, and escalate complaints across a number of communication channels
  • Keep records of customer interactions, transactions, comments and complaints
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support

Minimum Qualification

  • Minimum bachelor’s degree with GPA 3.0
  • Proven experience as customer service in FREIGHT FORWARDING, LOGISTIC, or SHIPPING LINES company
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, problem solving, and collaboration skills
  • Proficient in using English
  • Willing to be placed in Tanjung Priok, Jakarta

4. Finance/Accounting Staff

Job Desc:

  • Prepare consolidated internal and external financial statements by gathering and analyzing information from the general ledger system
  • Maintain and balance an automated consolidation system by inputting data; scheduling required jobs; verifying data.
  • Reconcile accounts in a timely manner
  • Provide accounting clerical assistance to the accounting department
  • Prepare general ledger entries by maintaining records and files; reconciling accounts.
  • Accomplish accounting and organization mission by completing related results as needed.

Minimum Qualification

  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting with min. GPA 3.5
  • Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply, experienced in accounting would be an advantage
  • Familiar with bookkeeping and basic accounting procedures
  • Hands-on experience with spreadsheets and financial reports
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Able to work under pressure
  • Willing to be placed in Surabaya

5. HVE & Workshop Mechanic

Job Description

  • Melakukan pengecheckan rutin kondisi setiap unit alat berat.
  • Menyiapkan spare parts alat berat untuk maintenance
  • Troubleshooting electrica
  • Maintenance dan memperbaiki unit alat berat
  • Membuat laporan kondisi alat berat ke atasan
  • Menentukan kebutuhan spare part repair

Minimum Qualification

  • Minimal pendidikan D3 / D4
  • IPK min 2.9 / 4.0
  • Jurusan Teknik Otomasi / Teknik Elektro / Teknik Kelistrikan Kapal / Teknik Mekantronika / Teknik Permesinan Kapal
  • Fresh Graduate atau berpengalaman dipersilahkan melamar
  • Loyalitas tinggi
  • Memiliki komunikasi yang baik, jiwa kepemimpinan dan kemampuan presentasi
  • Mampu bekerja dalam shift
  • Memiliki kemampuan basic electrical, diagnostic engine, kalibrasi transmisi, menentukan kebutuhan spare part repair, trouble shooting electrica, trouble shooting mesin kapal

6. Health Safety Environtment

Responsibilities:

  • Support the HSE Manager and team with planning, coordinating and implementing of effective HSE policies, guidelines and procedures.
  • Provide support to Project and Operation team in all aspects of safety, occupational health, safety and environmental issues.
  • Ensure HSE compliance and perform regular HSE audits in the areas of business, trucking and vessel operations.
  • Assist on developing HSE plans that comply with the company’s policies and procedures as well as client’s requirements.
  • Conduct HSE trainings and orientation to all new employees.

Requirements:

  • Fresh graduate or experience in HSE or related field.
  • Strong passion in HSE.
  • Knowledgeable in ISO, OSHA standards and HSE management.
  • Posess HSE sertification is preferred.
  • Attention to details and high level of analytical skills to mitigate any possible HSE issues.
  • Experienced in shipping or logistic industry would be an advantage.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Willing to be placed all over Indonesia.

7. Inland Service Staff

Job Description
  • Bertanggung jawab memonitor proses dooring dari awal hingga diterima oleh consignee
  • Mengatur order kerja dooring
  • Mengawasi pembuatan invoice yang dilakukan oleh vendor
  • Mengelola, mengevaluasi, dan mengupdate secara berkala database vendor

Minimum Qualification

  • Pendidikan min. S1 di semua jurusan
  • Memiliki pengalaman manage vendor trucking min. 2 tahun atau di bidang sejenis
  • Memiliki kemampuan negosiasi dan interpersonal yang baik
  • Bersedia ditempatkan di seluruh cabang SPIL

8. Management Trainee
  Minimum Qualification

  • Bachelor’s degree in any major with minimum GPA 3.00
  • Fresh graduate, final year student, or maximum 1 year working experience
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Highly adaptable, willing to learn, and good leadership skills
  • Excellent communication in Bahasa and English
  • Passionate to work in shipping and logistic industry
  • Willing to be placed all over Indonesia

9. Overseas Purchasing (Mandarin)

  • The successful candidate should have proficiency in Mandarin language, good knowledge of market research, and excellent negotiation skills.

Requirements

  • Research potential suppliers for company’s need
  • Negotiate price and contract with suppliers
  • Manage and track orders to ensure timely delivery
  • Prepare purchase orders and send copies to suppliers and to departments originating requests
  • Prepare, maintain, and review purchasing files, reports and price lists
  • Check shipments when they arrive to ensure that orders have been filled correctly and that goods meet specifications
  • Create and maintain good relationship with suppliers

Minimum Qualification

  • Minimum Diploma, prefer from mechanical, industrial, or electrical engineering
  • Proficient to communicate in Mandarin language (oral and written) is mandatory
  • Posses HSK 4 certification would be a plus
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Strong market research and analytical skills
  • Willing to be placed in Kalianak, Surabaya

10. Sales Executive (Biak)

  • Selling services to prospective customers
  • Maintains relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance

Minimum Qualification

  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree in any field Min. GPA 2.75
