Perusahaan ini

1. TALENT ACQUISITION OFFICER
- Responsible for planning, carrying out and evaluating talent acquisition activities starting from the recruitment, selection, assessment, talent identification & mapping processes which support the organizational development process and fulfill employee needs based on competency standards and company cultural values.
What you will Need to Succeed :
- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology.
- Minimum 2 years experience as Recruiter / Talent Acquisition from the same industry (Retail Industry or Head Hunter company is a plus)
- Exceptional ability to screen candidates, compile shortlists and interview candidates.
- Have experience conducting assessments (soft skills/hard skills).
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Understand and have implemented CBHRM activities.
- Work placement in Kab. Bandung West Java.
2. HRBP MANAGER
- As a Human Resoucres Business Partner PT72425 (Part of EIGER Adventure), you’ll be the bridge between our employees and EIGER organizational success. Your role will encompass overseeing the full spectrum of HR functions, from talent acquisition, development, employee relations, maintaining People within the organization and compliance. Additionally, you’ll also manage our general affairs operations, from asset management systems, general purchasing, IT.
- Ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of workplace and to support the achievement of company growth (People, System, Revenue and Profit). Your strategic mindset and leadership abilities will help shape our company culture and drive our growth.
What you will Need to Succeed :
- Bachelor’s degree in Law, Psychology, Management or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience as HRBP, HR&GA Manager or related roles, preferably within the outdoor or fashion retail industry.
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, compliance and general affairs management.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities
- Organizational and problem-solving skills
- Creativity and a genuine passion for the outdoors
- Willing to be placed in EIGER Head Office, Kab. Bandung
