1. External Manufacturing Manager - Jakarta
Your Task & Responsibilities:
  • Lead manufacturing and packaging process validation of new products developed by Bayer, at Contract Manufacturers (CMOs) located in Indonesia and other countries in ASEAN. Review and approve validation protocols and reports.
  • Shared responsibility with Innovation & Development in process validation in New Product Developments (NPDs)
  • Provide input / guidance into resolution of production issues / deviations to ensure continuity of supply
  • Follow-thru on joint process technology related CAPA commitments with CMO network
  • Champion and promote sharing of technical knowledge within global team
  • Connect and partner with global team members to drive continuous improvement of business processes within aimed at delivering on the strategic goal of optimizing the CMO network
  • Manage technical changes at CMOs (e.g. qualification of new sources of raw materials, site transfers)
  • Maintain a site-based portfolio of technical process improvements aimed at delivering year-on-year savings to be shared between Bayer and the CMO
  • Evaluate new CMOs for technical capabilities
  • Be able to manage at least 6 CMOs with high complexity

Who You Are:
  • Minimum BS or equivalent degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Pharmacy, or in a relevant Life Science discipline
  • Minimum 8 years of relevant technical experience in the small molecule pharmaceutical industry, covering the following functions:
  1. Process Technology
  2. Technology transfer from R&D to manufacturing plant, or from plant to plant
  3. Process validation
  4. Technical Services
  5. Manufacturing
  6. Product Development
  • Minimum 5 years of experience working with CMOs
  • GMP knowledge
  • International experience is a plus
  • Experience in food, nutritionals, cosmetic and medical device a plus
  • Lean six sigma or Operational excellence certification is a plus
  • Fluent in Business English, written and verbal, with ability to communicate with all levels of employees, multi-lingual is a plus
  • Ability to travel up to 25% of time, within respective region.

2. Head of Operations - Jakarta
Your Task & Responsibilities:
  • To lead and coordinate all Operations in term of compliance, HSE, cost and capacity
  • Leading the strategic development of Operations regarding cost competitiveness, capacity utilization, safety and environment protection. Strategic management under consideration of Operational Excellence measures
  • To manage and implement projects for new products and / or new equipment (capacity increase or facility upgrade, etc) and ensure smooth integration in manufacturing
  • Ensuring that the pharmaceutical products are produced in accordance with the relevant legal requirement, Bayer standard manufacturing directions, GMP principles and regulations set forth by BPOM and HSE aspects
  • To ensure that the manufacturing process validation is performed as per validation master plan in accordance with the relevant Bayer standard and cGMP principles
  • Manage to coordinate the allocationof production capacity to the products considering their priority, preparation of machine manufacturing program and verification of these program within Operations department.
  • To plan, monitor and adhere to budget for Operations expenses, headcount and investment
  • To plan, implement and follow up training program for all staff, provide coaching and development personnel.
  • Responsible to hire, dismiss and develop with the budgeted resource plan according to Bayer Plant Cimanggis procedure and legal requirement

Who You Are:
  • University degree in Pharmaceutical, Chemistry or Chemical Engineer To be familiar with cGMP at least 8 years
  • Experience in Pharmaceutical Manufacturing and / or product development is preferred
  • Excellent knowledge of English language
  • Manufacturing system knowledge is an asset (ERP, MES)
  • good PC literacy (MS Office)
  • Strong leadership skill to lead a large organization Partnering and teamwork interdepartmental as well as in high level strategic projects such Make or Buy processes and / or investment projects

3. LE Finance Manager - Jakarta
Your Task & Responsibilities:
  • Planning & Forecasting
  1. Perform short team planning, forecasting and recording / documenting of Legal Entity Financials
  2. Prepare local LE income statement and consolidation for tax Forecast and Transfer Pricing
  3. Prepare local LE cash flow for Liquidity planning and impairment testing
  4. Prepare necessary financials for exposure planning
  • Reporting & Analytics
  1. Provide Analytics, standard reporting and presentation for local Head of Group Finance / CFO concerning legal entity financials
  2. Ensure compliant and timely delivery to global systems (e.g. data.one, PAS, CoFiPot)
  3. Ensure data integrity and error corrections
  • Governance & Support
  1. Comply with Bayer standard Financial Steering processes and its timelines (divisional and non-divisional)
  2. Operational rollout, implementation and change management of defined planning process and planning tools
  3. Responsible for local process governance and drives the required intercompany transactions including adherence to intercompany contracts
  4. Drive local process optimization, automation and further development of standard tools and reports

Who You Are:
  • A University Degree, Majoring in Economy-Accountancy
  • Having professional experience as External Auditor at Reputable International Public Accounting Firm
  • Having professional experience as Internal Auditor would be value added
  • Having tax professional experience would be value added
  • Possess knowledge in IT, Microsoft Office, particularly for reporting preparation
  • Able to deliver critical judgment and analysis
  • Having good interpersonal approach
  • Having ability to collaborate and act as business partner
  • Able to deal with complex situation and tough deadlines

4. Data Integrity Specialist - Jakarta
Your Task & Responsibilities
  • Provide and maintain List and Inventory of computerized system and GxP IT Infrastructure to ensure validation status of computerized system and qualification status of GxP IT Infrastructure
  • Provide yearly Validation Master Plan, coordinate scheduling and execution in term of life cycle of computerized system and life cycle of IT Infrastructure.
  • Coordinate Data Integrity project implementation as assigned by Data Integrity Manager following scheduled defined.
  • Monitoring and follow up Data Integrity CAPA in Dev@com system.
  • Ensure completion and implementation of CAPA from Data Integrity topic, Change Management, Deviation Management, Self-Inspection and Audit Management assigned as agreed timeline. 
  • Support DI Manager to provide monthly Data Integrity KPI report and SQMR related specific topic area assigned.

Who You Are:
  • Education: Bachelor's Degree level education in Pharmacy, Engineering or Computer Science
  • Relevant experiences: 2 - 3 years of experience in a Quality or Production function in Pharmaceutical Industry.
  • Main competencies for the job (Core, Leaders, technical competencies):
  • Having exposure to GMP aspect, Quality System, Data Integrity, or Computerized System in Pharmaceutical Industry.
  • Skill proven in the computerized system validation and data integrity related to regulations and industry best practices such as 21 CFR part 11.
  • Able to work independently and delivered the result with minimal guidance.
  • Able to work within internal Cimanggis Site or international team and able to work with all functions in a team environment either as a team participant or team leader
  • Demonstrated leadership skill
