2. Operational Excellence Executive
Job Descriptions :
- Leads deployment of global/regional strategies and programs, with a specific focus on Operational excellences project initiatives, digitalization, 5S/6S, Gemba and 8 wastes
- Support the Site OE manager in developing strategic roadmaps for successful implementation of the global/regional programs

3. Territory Manager – Eastern Indonesia
Job Descriptions :
- Develop sales plans and forecasts for key customers and accounts; implement sales and trading programs; monitor sales progress, stock position, and collection; and conclude sales activities so that the sales objectivesare met.

Job Descriptions :

5. Process Engineering & OE Manager
Job Descriptions :
- Review and evaluate the Formulation processes and develop mid and long-term plan to improve yield, performances, reliability and capacity utilization of process equipment
- Leading the Plant Process Safety (PPS) implementation as PPS maintainer to ensure sustainable approaches are implemented, responsible to ensure PHA are developed, updated, and addressed for both sites.
- Develop, manage and coordinate new process operational standard, process documents, and ensure they are followed.

Job Descriptions :
- Lead country scope of supply chain and order-to-cash operations in line with global activity split and own functional spend.
- Act as the first point of contact to manage escalations and exceptions where policies cannot be applied, including but not limited to: conflicting commercial terms (e.g. pricing), order related inquiries, quotas and allocations, bottlenecks, out of stock, blocked or incomplete orders, claims, complaints, collateral, payment plans, cash application, legal cases and write offs.
