Posisi:

1. Customer Service
Responsibility:
  • Serve walk in customer who comes to Walk In Center
  • Help customer regarding the Inquiry, Complain or Service Request
  • Follow up customer's Complain or Service Request
  • Serve the payment by customer via EDC

Requirement:
  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree
  • Maximum age 28 years
  • Having good communication skills
  • Having working experienced in Hospitality / Customer Care
  • Dress neatly & Attractive

2. Sales Executive Retail
Kualifikasi:
  • Usia maksimal 30 tahun
  • Minimal pendidikan SMA
  • Fresh Graduate Are Welcome
  • Memiliki kemampuan komunikasi yang baik
  • Mampu bekerja dengan sistem target (Sales)
  • Memiliki pengetahuan tentang internet

3. Project Management Officer
Responsibility:
  • Responsible on tracking and monitoring progress of Project Implementation.
  • Defining Project strategy for Project Implementation.
  • Managing project implementation to be in-line with timeline to achieve RFS target.
  • Defining risk issues during project implementation and escalate them to all stakeholders.
  • Reporting implementation progress regularly in-line with Project team.
  • Providing high level progress report and share to all stakeholders.
  • Managing and defining any project changes during implementation stage refer to SOP.
  • Managing project implementation and coordinating in-line with internal and external vision

Requirement:
  • Minimal Bachelor Degree (S1).
  • 3 years working experience in PMO in Telecommunication Company.
  • Project Tracking & Project Reporting.
  • Fluent English verbal and written.
  • Time Management as Work Priority requirement.
  • Good in working individually as well as in a team.

4. Market Strategy Assistant Manager
Responsibility:
  • Developing business case and monitoring strategic project management by working on multiple project across department such as long-term project or taking control urgent issues faced from ongoing project.
  • Organizes and prioritizes critical issues.
  • Ensuring various department are working collaboratively by making connections and solving problems engaged with external parties.
  • Market research expert for create holistic point of view for new or existing project that run in business and market strategy team.

Requirement:
  • 6 to 7 years experiences in business development, consulting or telecommunication companies.
  • Fundamentals of business and comprehensive knowledge of the interaction overall department function ability to manage multiple projects across disciplines.
  • Interpersonal and influencing skills.
  • Problem-solving and active listening.
  • Great communication skills (master in develop presentation, crafting business case using Ms. Excel).
  • Strong in analytical skills

5. Internal Audit Manager
Responsibilities:
  • Performing full audits, including control management and assessing financial reliability.
  • Analyze and evaluate accounting documents, preparing reports that reflect the audit results and document the proposed process.
  • Research the latest trends and issues in the industry, determining the scope of the internal audit accordingly.
  • Conduct follow-up audits to make sure that regulations and sector rules are still being met and best practices are being followed.
  • Internal audit managers act as an objective source of guidance and advice for teams within the company to make sure that developments and processes are legal and work towards achieving company-wide goals.

Requirements:
  • Maximal 35 Years old.
  • Minimal Bachelor Degree majoring Accounting.
  • Having working experienced in Public Accounting Firm (KAP).
  • Experienced for at least 2 -3 years as Internal Audit Manager.
  • Held Auditor Certification will be an advantage.
  • Strong knowledge in auditing both financial or operations matters.
  • Paling lambat 5 September 2020
