 XL Axiata Tbk sebelumnya bernama PT Excelcomindo Pratama Tbk adalah 
perusahaan operator telekomunikasi seluler swasta pertama di Indonesia. 
XL mulai beroperasi secara komersial pada tanggal 8 Oktober 1996. Pada 
16 November 2009, RUPSLB XL menetapkan perubahan nama perusahaan dari PT
 Excelcomindo Pratama Tbk. menjadi PT XL Axiata Tbk. XL memiliki dua 
lini produk GSM, yaitu XL Prabayar dan XL Prioritas (Pascabayar). Selain
 itu XL juga menyediakan layanan korporasi yang termasuk Internet 
Service Provider (ISP) dan VoIP. Saat ini, saham XL Axiata dimiliki oleh
 Axiata Investments (Indonesia) (66,4%) yang tergabung dalam Axiata 
Group Berhad, perusahaan telekomunikasi terbesar di Asia dan publik 
(33,6%). XL Axiata terus berinovasi dan menjadi operator telekomunikasi 
pertama di Indonesia yang meluncurkan 4.5G.

1. CVM Analytics Reporting
Key Individual Accountabilities :
  •  Own and create reports on campaign performance, ensure the validity of the reports and data sources in order to provide accurate measurements. Be the safeguard of the daily revnue numbers.
  • Track campaign performance and monitor the trend, notify stakeholders for any red-flags. Conduct deep dive analysis related to campaign performance including measurement methods, key drivers / root-cause analysis, and also to lead trouble-shooting efforts for campaign reporting issues.
  • Utilize internal Big Data architecture to provide deep insights for the proactive guidance of commercial CVM team in targeting the right segments
  • Accountable for the content of CLM trade reports related to campaign performance result. Measure, communicate & present the output to Finance, BoD when & as required
  • Identify potential Business risks in customers’ behaviour that lead to revenue loss via churning. Propose the formation of a cross functional team between different departments in order to avert the potential loss.
  • Monitoring the performance of MCCM for Dynamic Pricing, inbound and outbound channels
  • Calculating and evaluating the NBO MCCM offers inbound offers and measuring there impact on the customer lifetime engagement.
  • Defining the data mart needed with Technology teams to facilitate the systems integration from MCCM that is critical for MCCM launch.

  • Computer Studies, Statistics, Mathematics, or Telco Engineering Degree
  • Min. 2 year relevant experience in Commercial / marketing analytics / customer lifetime value management
  • 2yrs+ in Telco CVM analytics. Proficient skill in SQL query.

2. Promo Lead - NTT
  • Support regional sales target by implementing and monitoring promotion and communication activities within respective regional sales areas.
  • Provide input and feedback of local ATL content customization (include media mix spending, managing 3rd parties & additional agencies).
  • Develop and execute local BTL campaign, including managing 3rd parties & agencies.
  • Manage PoP distribution placement starting from planning, placement to monitoring and reporting.
  • Budget control and report of local A&P and actual costs.
  • Monitor and analysis market competition and competitor activities.
  • Evaluate, analyze and provide feedback to programs executed.

  • S1 in marketing / communication with 1-2 years experience in related area.
  • Knowledge of sales and marketing.
  • Knowledge of telecommunication industry.
  • Skills in project management and computer program.
  • Customer oriented, result oriented (initiative, innovatiove, managing performance).
  • Communication (oral/written, persuasive, motivational, team building interpersonal, influencing, collaborative).
