Job Descriptions :
- Reporting to the IT Support Department Head, this position is responsible for providing a high level of operational availability and stability for the IT support.
- This includes providing a high level of IT support services to employees, as well as 24-hour coverage for the computer system, either on-site or remotely, depending on business needs.
- Act as a helpdesk if there is no Helpdesk Officer available in receives user’s issues, takes follow up action thru MIS Helpdesk system in order to have best support 24/7 IT operation.
- Coordinates and assists HC Group IT in infrastructure implementation and services
Qualification :
- Willing to be placed at Tarjun factory – South Kalimantan.
- Fluent in both English and Bahasa Indonesia, both written and verbal.
- Minimum Bachelor Degree from Computer Engineering or Technical Computer or Computer Science with GPA 3.0 above.
- Minimum of one (1) year experience would be preferred.
- Experiences in determine and resolve network data communication 24/7 IT operation issue.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, as well as strong interpersonal skills and teamwork.
- Familiar with PC troubleshooting, Microsoft O365 products including exchange or outlook, Network topology configuration
2. Computer Administrator
Job Descriptions :
- Reporting to the Data Center Department Head.
- Responsible to install, maintain, monitor and conduct regular assessment for all environmental device inside Data Centers and Remote Sites.
- Responsible to manage inventory of computer supplies, backup media, and computer equipment, and maintain support agreement of hardware, software, and license deployed in Data Centers and Remote Sites.
- Compile and manage procurement, vendor administration, vendor performance and evaluation
- Coordinates and collaborate with other Data Center and Network staff to follow up maintenance, documentation, and cleanliness of Data Center environment and devices
Qualification :
- Fluent in both English and Bahasa Indonesia, both written and verbal.
- Minimum Bachelor Degree from Computer Engineering or Technical Computer or Computer Science with GPA 3.0 above.
- Minimum of 1 (one) year experience would be preferred.
- Proven knowledge in electrical panel will be an advantage.
- Able to standby and support 24/7 operation.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, as well as strong interpersonal skills and teamwork
