Pamin saat ditemui Tim BSN di ruang kerjanya pada Selasa (27/07/2016) mengakui bahwa perusahaannya telah lama menerapkan standar untuk memenuhi pasar ekspor. “Jika untuk negara lain persyaratan sedemikian rumitnya bisa dipenuhi, maka untuk pasar dalam negeri pun kita harus memberikan yang terbaik. Salah satunya adalah dengan memenuhi persyaratan SNI,” ujarnya. Kini perusahaannya mampu memproduksi hampir 300 kontainer per minggu untuk memenuhi pasar lokal dan mancanegara.
1. Mold Specialist
Qualification
- Bachelor Degree as minimum education background with minimum 1 years in modification and maintain machine mold in industrial company or
- Technical High School minimum S years in modification and maintain machine mold in industrial company
- Not more than 40 years old
- Perform to install, repair, modification and maintain machine molding in effective and efficient
- Managing Raw Mold Material to ensure traceability, shelf life and prevent contamination
- Stay in Medan
- Have good attitude and ready work in target achievement
2. QC Supervisor
Qualification
- Bachelor Degree from Chemist as minimum Education Background
- Have experience minimum 3 years as Supervisor or § years as Foreman
- Not more than 35 years old
- Active, Energic and Innovative for any idea in controlling and reduce customer complaint
- English communication fluently to be priority
- Have good attitude and Leadership in arranging ail resources delegated in everyshift
- Stay in Medan
- Control cooling tower / waste water/ drinking water analysis according to the standard
- Have good knowledge in controlling food addictive and arrangement the consumption and standard
3. Production Supervisor
Qualification
- Bachelor Degree as minimum education background from chemical engineering, industrial engineering, mechanical engineering with minimum 5 years in industrial company
- Technical High School minimum 8 years in industrial company
- Not more than 40 years old
- Have good leadership and communication
- Perform in controlling all resources delegated (Material, Machine and Man Power) in properly as per standard/ budgeted
- Ensure that all production plans are achieved, by implementing all process operation as per work instruction and quality plan (
- Shortening & Margarine and Packaging )
- Stay in Medan
- Have good attitude and ready work in shift schedule
4. Clerk/ Admin
Qualification
- Diploma Degree from Engineering/infarmatics Computer/Management
- Have experience in operating SAP System special PP Module minimum 1 year
- Ready work in shift schedule
- Not more than 30 years old
- Active, Energic and familiar in entry data and controlling data inside as per standard SAP PP Module
- English communication fluently to be priority
- Stay in Medan
- Have good knowledge in coordinating with direct superior and cross department for all resources delegated in every shift
