mengelola tambang agregat dan tras.
Key Roles :
- Reporting to the Helpdesk & Application System Support Section Head, this position is responsible for providing serves as liaison between user and MIS in order to resolve issues, receives and key in the issue and follows it up though online facility, include assists system analyst in the implementation and other duties as assigned.
- Communicate and takes follow-up with Technical & User Support Officer thru MIS Helpdesk system in order to have best support 24/7 IT operation.
- Coordinates and assists HC Group IT in infrastructure implementation and services.
- Fluent in both English and Bahasa Indonesia, both written and verbal.
- Minimum Bachelor Degree from Computer Engineering or Technical Computer or Computer Science with GPA 3.0 above.
- Minimum of one (1) year experience would be preferred.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, as well as strong interpersonal skills and teamwork.
- Have good skill in train users and providing helpdesk support .
- Have fundamental knowledge of IT troubleshoot such as Microsoft windows operating system, Microsoft O365 products.
