Minimum 3 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position
Having experience in hot kitchen / cold kitchen and knowledge of authentic Western Food
Understand the calculation of COGS / HPP of the resulting product
Have good analytical thinking, leadership & communication skills

2. Foh Manager
Requirement :
Minimum D3 Hospitality
Minimum 3 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position
Managing and Leading F&B Service team

Fluent in English

3. Mixologist
