What will you do:
Shipper Management Trainee Program aims to attract talented young graduates and to develop them to become the leaders who will design our future. Your profile, performance, ambitions, and development decide your future – SHIPPER offers you the opportunity to explore various possibilities.
During the 8 monthly programs, you will be exposed to a variety of assignments and challenges. Your rotation in the business and alternating tasks within different working fields will provide you with exceptional insight into our company and dynamic business environment – and you will rapidly build a wide and strong network within the company. Though this position can require an individual to complete various tasks and hold a multitude of responsibilities, the primary goal of a management trainee should be to gain the knowledge and tools necessary to become a future manager. Our objective is to prepare you for a successful and challenging career.
What are the requirements:
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree in any major, preferably from Engineering (Industrial), BusinessStudies/Administration/Management, Logistic/Transportation.
Preferably Less than 1-year of experience specialized in Purchasing/Inventory/Material & Warehouse Management or equivalent. Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply.
Having strong communication skills (able to speak English), leadership, critical thinking, proactiveness, and problem-solving.
Passionate in Logistic/Supply Chain/Warehousing.
Program period 8 months.
Willing to be relocated around Indonesia
