Ecosystem Manager - JakartaResponsibilities
Develop and execute strategies to drive incremental revenues and / or volumes, particularly with regards to revenue / volume derived from the adoption of platform-based ecosystems.
Take and provide feedback, business strategies, and ideas and turn them into a solution that initiates an ecosystem which places BRI at a forefront.
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to identify, target, and contract with these stakeholders to drive incremental revenue, value to customers, and win rates through the introduction and adoption of platform-based solutions and ecosystems.
Collaborate with digital development teams and / or senior engineers to provide insights and build business requirements specifications for platform-based solutions and ecosystems.
Conduct ecosystem analysis and design.
Work with UI / UX designers and / or researchers to identify stakeholders’ needs and understand how they consume and navigate their way through the ecosystem.
Contribute to high-level strategy with the rest of the ecosystem management and executive teams to ensure an ecosystem with good experience that also serves our business goals.
Maintain business requirements specifications documentations.
Qualifications
At least 3 years of experience in sales, marketing, partnership, and / or public relations.
Able to create attention-seeking and presentable white papers and PPT decks.
Able to navigate and design flows, communications, and ecosystem development, particularly digital-based.
Able to identify potential stakeholders, including designing and placing their roles in and adoption of the platform-based solutions and / or ecosystems, as users of the platform-based solutions and / or ecosystems.
Strong customer-centric and salesmanship mindset.
Excellent communication skill and shows empathy to all stakeholders.
At least 1 year of experience in a tech startup or having working knowledge in digital technology is an advantage.

Digital Innovation Researcher - Jakarta
Responsibilities
Conduct environmental scanning, collect data and facts, and analyze and deliver knowledge in a presentable manner.
Conduct primary and secondary research related to economy, financial services and products, and digital / information communication & technology.
Provide and support data, facts, and research findings to create and define business requirements specifications, particularly during the creation of a new digital innovation product or ecosystem.
Provide and support data, facts, and research findings during digital / IT-related policies, standard operating procedures rule-making-rule process.
Provide and support data, facts, and research findings for miscellaneous needs (e.g., top / senior management’s PPT deck presentation in focus group discussions).
Support digital business marketing, ecosystem partnership and collaboration, API partnership sales and marketing, and other related digital innovation sales and partnership with market research.
Support development and designer team with data, facts, and / or research findings when platform or ecosystem’s major enhancement is required.
Support other teams regarding data, facts, and research findings request and provision.

Qualifications
Education background and qualification in Financial Management, Economics, or Statistics.
At least 2 years of experience in quantitative-based research is preferred.
At least 1 year of experience in a tech startup or having working knowledge in digital technology is highly desirable.
Strong knowledge in and / or ability to conduct primary and secondary research.

Senior Digital Strategy Specialist - Jakarta
Responsibilities
Advise and analyze the strategic adoption and utilization of Blockchain Technologies, as well as other digital technologies, at BRI.
In addition, advise on the adaptation and technological coherence and integration of the other emerging technologies and BRI’s products to related stakeholders.
Create and provide thorough, data-driven analyses and prospectus on emerging technologies that are not yet in use at BRI.
Contribute strategic guidance and technological implementation expertise to overseeing the work of the external technology development firm vendor to build the contact management and engagement platform.
Track new technology developments in the field of digital technologies, particularly Blockchain-related technologies.
Conduct business and systems analyses and designs during MVP0.
Support business and systems analyses and designs for ecosystem development and products at MVP1 and beyond.
Maintain business requirements specifications documentations.

Qualifications
