3. Health & Safety Supervisor
Requirements

Min 3 years of working experience in Management System of HSE, preferably from mining industry
Strong competencies in Operational Safety, Health & Safety Management, Environmental Management, and good knowldge in Mining Operation Management
Good communication and leadership skill
Willing to be placed at Adaro Site in Lahat, Sumatera Selatan

Requirements
Holds Diploma Degree
Holds BMC (Basic Mechanical Course) certification from reputable institution
Possesses minimum of 3 years of working experience.

5. Group Leader – Production
Requirements
Diploma Degree in Mining/Civil Engineering with min GPA 3.00
1 year of experience as a Group Leader in open pit coal mining/ hauling / road maintenance area
Have a POP License
Physically and mentally fit
Willing to be placed in our site project (Kalimantan Area)

6. QHSE Officer
Requirements
Minimum Bachelor Degree (S1/DIV) of Nautical or held ANT II.
Minimum 3 years of experience in the same or related position or other similar industries
Understanding about K3 (can be supported by certificate)
Able to conduct incident investigation
Familiar with Job Safety Analysis & Root Cause Analysis
ISM & ISPS code implementation and port operation
Good command in English both oral and written.
Willing to be placed in South Kalimantan.
7. HSE Section Head
Requirements
Minimum Bachelor Degree (S1/D4) of Safety or Engineering
Minimum 5 years of experience in the same or related position in shipyards or other similar industries
Understanding about K3 (can be supported by certificate)
Preferably OHSAS 18k / ISO 45k; ISO 14k certified
Able to conduct an audit of the company’s and contractor’s HSE management system
Identify HSE regulatory compliance which are applicable to the company
Hazard identification & risk assessment
Ensure all incidents are investigated to determine root cause & remedial action
Proven communication, leadership and managerial skills.
Willing to be placed in South Kalimantan

8. Contracts Superintendent
Requirements
Minimum Bachelors’ Degree of Law
Strong Paralegal Administration skills preferred
Preferably proven work experience with a minimum of 3 – 4 years of experience in contract administration in Power plant/Oil & Gas Industry with significant legalize exposure
Knowledge of legal and commercial requirements involved with contracts
Attention to detail and the ability to spot errors and inconsistencies
Strong analytical and organizational skills
Ability to work with a team at all levels of an organization, varying seniority levels including staff, managers and external partners
Work well under time pressure
Customer service friendly
Strong work ethic
Exceptional communication skills in Bahasa and English (verbal and written)
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
Able to spend minimum 100% of time at Kalimantan site with occasional business trip to Jakarta as and when required.
9. Maintenance Mechanical Engineer
Requirements
Minimum Diploma Degree (D3) graduate majoring in Mechanical Engineering
Minimum 3 years of experience as a Mechanical Maintenance Engineer position in the power plant industry or manufacturing
Broad experience and proven skills in coal-fired power plant maintenance will be an advantage.
Good command in English both verbal and written
Willing to be based in Tanjung – Tabalong, South Kalimantan

10. Crew Pompa
Requirements
Minimum Vocational High School (SMK), preferably majoring in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering
Minimum 1 years experience as Operator, preferably Pump Operator
