Posisi :
1. Operations – Customer Experience (CX) Intern
Job Descriptions :
Helping Customer Experience (CX) team with interview or fieldwork (user recruitment and scheduling)
Helping CX team to execute surveys and questionnaires
Do competitor analysis and updates
Propose solutions/recommendations (and/or draw insights) based on findings
Helping with other ad-hoc projects related to research
Requirements :
Minimum Bachelor degree from Psychology or any related field
Able to converse in English and Bahasa Indonesia to communicate with internal stakeholders and user
Good analytical thinking
Good Excel skills
Eager to learn and have a strong sense of curiosity
Available for at least 3-6 months and able to start immediately
2. People, Legal and Finance – Recruitment Intern
Job Descriptions :
Participate in the recruitment process, which involves sourcing, screening, and selection of ideal individuals
Coordinating recruiting events and sourcing activities and assessing
General administration duties
Requirements :
Fresh graduate from Psychology or related majors (Final semester students with no classes to attend are welcome to apply)
Energetic and fast learner
Have a great interpersonal and communication skill
Able to converse in English and Bahasa Indonesia to communicate with internal stakeholders
Available for at least 3 months
