Posisi :
Customer Operations – Workforce Management
Job Descriptions :
Provide daily AMB (Agent Management Bucketization) report to make as real-time as possible.
Provide weekly AMB progress.
Provide calculates Batch AMB performance both Inhouse & BPO.
Provide Batch Performance History to review the target periodically.
Build Dashboard View.
Handle dispute flow/issues.
Provide agent exit tracker for low performance consecutively and follow up the consequences management.
Provide agent incentive winner and processing to payroll team.
Based in Solo
Requirements :
Minimum D3 from All Majors.
Advance in Excel or Google Sheet Formula is a must.
Experience managing big data.
Demonstrate experience in handling Agent’s KPI such as Productivity, QA, First Contact Resolutions, Zero Tolerance Policy, etc.
Adaptable at managing multiple priorities and tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Has good reasoning ability, analytical skills, and sound judgment
Tactful, flexible, and people-oriented.
Able to develop VBA Excel Macro, Phyton & Dashboard Tools will be an advantage.
