Saat ini ICBP sudah mencatatkan sahamnya di BEI tepatnya pada tanggal 7 Oktober 2010. Pada saat ini dan saat ini Indofood tetap menjadi pemegang saham mayoritas ICBP dengan kepemilikan saham sekitar 80%. Oleh karenanya, ICBP tetap memiliki sinergi dengan perusahaan-perusahaan Indofood lainnya dalam meningkatkan keunggulan kompetitifnya. Pada tahun 2012, ICBP memulai inisiatif untuk dapat meraih peluang usaha baru dengan mendirikan dua perusahaan patungan dengan Asahi Group Holdings Southeast Asia Pte. Ltd. (“Asahi”) demi memasuki pasar minuman non-alkohol di Indonesia. Kegiatan usaha minuman ini sendiri dimulai di akhir tahun 2013 menyusul akuisisi exclusive bottler untuk produk-produk PepsiCo dan yang selanjutnya disusul dengan akuisisi aset kegiatan usaha air minum dalam kemasan (“AMDK”) di awal tahun 2014.

General Requirements
- Male
- Maximum age 30 years old
- Candidate most possess at least Bachelor degree majoring in IT or quivalent, Electrical Technical and Food Technology
- GPA minimum 3.00
- Excellent in Microsoft Office
- Strong analytical with good judgment and a sense of urgency
- Management and leadership skills
- Ability to work well in a team
- Excellence communication, interpersonal skill, fast response and self discipline
- Willing to be placed in Semarang or other city
Specific Requirements
MT IT
Familiar / experienced with SQL Server, Switch and Router, Wifi, Windows Client and Server.
MT Production
Proven ability in manage team production operation also troubleshooting minor machine
Perform breakdown analysis, production planning, and also cost
Knowledge about lean manufacture, such as SS
Understanding of HACPP, ISO, ISMS, and Halal Assurance System
Proven experience on target achievement, based on quality and quantitative standard
MT Engineer
Familiar / experienced with PLC (Programmable Logic Controller)
Able to repair refrigerator / chiller / electrical
Understand and be able to apply the basic principles of electrical engineering, technique, procedures and equipment for electrical design programs
Strong analytical with good judgment and a sense of urgency
