Posisi :
1. Store Supervisor (code: SS)

  • As a Store Supervisor you will help direct work in store. You will deliver exceptional levels of customer service as well as maintain strong brand standards at all times. As a Store Supervisor, not only will you have the chance to make an impact on this high profile store in the business but also the opportunity to grow and progress your career.

Requirements

  • Min. Bachelor Degree graduates.
  • 2+ years as a leader / supervisor in retail fashion.
  • High levels of energy and enthusiasm.
  • Strong interpersonal skill with adventurous personality and customer service attitude.
  • The ability to work as a part of a positive and dynamic team, who’s responsible, passionate and committed.
  • Available to work in shift hour and flexible for weekend and/or holiday time.

2. Market Research Analyst (code: MRA)

  • As a market research & analyst you will handle primary and secondary market area research, competitive and customer behavior that will enable the organization to make informed decisions. This position will provide tracking and reporting of marketing programs and other administrative duties necessary to support the efforts of the Marketing Department.

Requirements

  • Min. Bachelor Degree graduates in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications or related field.
  • 1+ year of market research & analyst closely with Outdoor technical product.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other imaging software to present research report.
  • Strong interpersonal skill with adventurous personality and customer service attitude.
  • High levels of energy and enthusiasm in adventures.

3. Data Analyst Supervisor (code: DAS)

  • The Data Analyst will create both regulated and custom reports, conduct quantitative product and sales analysis, provide support for internal, retailer and consumer promotions, and assess future needs and data integrity. You must ensure the realization of goods based on the merchandising calendar to meet sales target achievement.

Requirements

  • Bachelor Degree in Accounting, Industrial Engineering, Information Technology or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years professional experience required; sales analyst role strongly preferred.
  • Proficient computer skills using Word, Excel, Outlook and System reporting tools.
  • Highly focused and results-oriented; able to identify goals and priorities and resolve issues in initial stages.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and in a close team environment, self-starter who can motivate others.
  • Possess exceptional communication / interpersonal, analytical and problem solving skills.
  • Effective Time Management skills.
  • Ability to read, analyzes, and interprets sales related documents.

4. Graphic Designer (code: GD)

  • As a Graphic Designer you should have an understanding of how marketing campaigns work and be able to take direction from written or spoken ideas and convert them into images, layouts and other designs. The ideal candidate will be creative, passionate, and detailed with excellent design instincts. You will bring a broad set of skills, a strong portfolio, and expert knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite and demonstrate the ability to self-organize, prioritize, and work against multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment to push projects through the entire production process, from creative concepts to final output.

Requirements

  • Min. Bachelor Degree graduates in Visual Design Communication or related field.
  • 1-3 years proven work experience in design.
  • Proficiency in Adobe and Photoshop.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Creative, passionate, and detailed with excellent design instincts.
  • Photography and Video shooting skills would be an added value.

5. Digital Marketing Supervisor (code: DMS)

  • Digital Marketing Supervisor will be responsible for developing the strategy used in marketing a company’s product by digital media and supporting to achieve sales target in on-line shop. Proficiency in graphics, web advertising, social media and web development is a must. Familiarity with a wide range of field practices, concepts, and procedures.

Requirements

  • Max. 30 years old.
  • Min. Bachelor Degree Graduates. Major in Marketing Management/ Digital Communication.
  • At least 3 years of working experience as Digital Marketing Specialist or Content Strategic Specialist in Digital Advertising Agency or E-Commerce Company.
  • Knowledge in key areas of marketing (SEO, social media, content marketing, email marketing, and SEM).
  • Know how to plan, create and implement a marketing strategy
  • Understand the key measurement tools available
  • Developing social presence and advocating brands effectively
  • Stay current in marketing trends and news e.g. Google updates and changes in algorithms
  • Able to plan and having the ability to manage time also team.
  • Having creative and good presentation skills
  • Ability to organize, multitask, make priorities and work under pressure.
  • Fluent in English communication.

6. Web & Mobile Programming Staff (code: WEB)

Web & Mobile Programming Staff will be responsible for developing mobile applications and websites as well as company needed; also supporting to maintenance and solve problems in mobile applications and websites.

Requirements

  • Max. 30 years old.
  • Min. Diploma Degree, especially in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Mobile Application Development, or any other programming-based degree.
  • Min. 2 years working experience on mobile and web development.
  • Strong proficiency in mobile application development tools such as Android Studio or Swift.
  • Strong proficiency in web development tool such as PHP, Java script, HTML, CSS, AJAX
  • Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases like MySQL, Maria DB, REST
  • Familiarity with code versioning tools such as GIT.
  • Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into technical requirements
  • Excellent analytical, decision-making, problem-solving, team, and time management skills.
  • Work placement in Bandung.

7. UI/UX Developer (code: UIUX)

  • As an Experience Designer (UI/UX) you will be responsible for designing compelling digital experiences from conception to delivery in a cross-functional environment. You will bridge the gap between design, business, and technology to ship world-class digital experiences for leading companies and global brands.

Requirements

  • Min. Bachelor Degree graduates in Information Technology / System Information or related field.
  • 2+ years experience in UI and UX developer.
  • Strong conceptual thinking and design execution abilities in both visual and interaction design.
  • Intimate knowledge of Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite and prototyping tools.
  • Strong project management skills.
  • Experience in motion design and web or mobile development would be an added value.

8. General Affair Assistant (code: GAA)

  • As an General Affair Assistant, you will be in responsible for the day to day organisation of the site administrative and organisational tasks (which are often to be dealt with in a confidential way), secretarial functions, general affairs, assistance to the general manager and other managers.

Requirements

  • Bachelor Degree graduate with at least 1 year of experience as an secretary, administration, or similar profile.
  • Time management and organizational skills.

Requirements

  • Diploma Graduated with major in Information Technology.
  • At least 2 years of experience as a Magento Developer in E-Commerce industry.
  • Have two or more published website in E-Commerce.
  • Have experience in modules/extensions development/customization.
  • Have experience in Theme integration/customization.
  • Extensive experience of PHP, Maria DB, and MySQL.
  • Exposure on Magento 2, CMS and JavaScript frameworks such as jQuery.
  • Demonstrable knowledge of XML, XHTML, CSS, Modules i.e. API integration, Payment Gateways, XML with a focus on standards.
  • Must be a self-starter & be able to work with minimum supervision.

  • As a System Development Section chief, you will be in responsible for devising and modifying procedures or systems in organization to solve complex problems considering resources capability and limitation, operating time and form of customer/ corporate desired results. You also give socialization and training employees in organization for delivering procedures or systems

Requirements

  • Bachelor Degree Graduated with major in Industrial Engineering/ Business Management.
  • At least 3 years of experience as a System Analyst, System Auditor, Quality Assurance Officer or similar profile.
  • Understand about SAP System or ERP.
  • Have knowledge and up to date with the trends of business process, CRM, SCM, and best practices.
  • Able to compile data, design step by step process/ procedures, and then socialize SOP.
  • Able to be a Trainer for delivering SOP.
  • Able to running and monitoring project, also reporting the progress of project to management.
