About the Job
In this role, you will do:
- Involve and support Talent Managers in Annual Talent Review process
- Involve and support Talent Managers in deploying and monitor Post Talent Review Action Plan
- Collect, manage, interpret and analyze talents big data
- Along with Talent Managers, partners effectively with HRBP and stakeholder to leverage talent and learning management systems, to ensure successful development programs and initiatives, and to ensure related communication and instructional materials are distributed in a timely way to support development objectives
- Conduct research on talent development best practices to support continuous improvement and collaborate with the team to make recommendation
About You
To be successful in this role, you would need to be:
- Bachelor degree in related area
- Prefers to have experience in HR related area at least 2 years
- Excellent communication skills, analytical & problem solving skill
- Excellent in managing big data & other Microsoft related program (e.g Excel, PPT)

In this role, you will do:
- To monitor and posting daily Cash and Bank transactions
- To generate Cash and Bank movement report to support Treasury Reporting to the Group
- To generate daily collection report for consumption of Account Receivable team

- At least S-1 Accounting
- Having 2 years expirience in Finance and Accounting field
- Familiar with SAP
- Good command in English verbal and written
- Strong analytical thinking, detail oriented, good interpersonal relationship, MS Office, & Project Management

Corporate Legal Affairs and Intellectual Property Supervisor - Jakarta Selatan
About the Job
In this role, you will do:
- Manage an effective, efficient and compliant Corporate Legal Affairs and Intellectual Property (IP) concerning any relevant advisory services, business contracts review, corporate actions inquiries, corporate secretarial works, and IP advisory services, registrations & formalities for brand protection.
- Analyze legal opportunities, including the risks in such opportunities and provide recommendations when advising the business on any legal matters according to the laws & Danone policies.
- Create, develop and maintain key contract format, contractual structure & regulatory framework; drafts and negotiates various contracts and legal documentations when advising the business on the engagement with third parties.
- Consistently implement, monitor and ensure compliance to Danone policies and guidelines.
- Keep updates on any relevant laws & regulations, provide legal training & awareness to the business to ensure understanding and compliance to the laws & Danone policies and to prevent any violation to the laws
- Coordinate and liase actively with notary, external lawyer, IP consultant and translator (if required).
About You
To be successful in this role, you would need to be:
- Law degree, preferably Master Degree.
- Strong experience in legal matters with +3 years working experience in the similar field and industry.
- Corporate & Investment Law, Intellectual Property Law, Business Law, Consumer Protection Law, Anti-Monopoly and Unfair Business Competition Law, Distribution Law, Custom & export/import Law, Cyber Law, Employment Law.
- Advisory skill, analytical thinking, conceptual thinking, drafting skill, negotiation skill, problem solving skill, managerial skill, good communication & interpersonal skills.
