PT Altrak 1978 berdiri tahun 1978 bergera dalam bidang perdagangan alat berat dengan menjadi sole agent dan distributor: Cummins, New Holland, Austoft, Mitsubishi, Nichiyu, Fatuzzi, Kawasaki, Grove Manitowoc, Dynapac, Fleetguard dan JCB. PT Altrak 1978 memiliki 32 cabang di seluruh Indonesia dengan 1300 orang karyawan. Berawal meningkatnya penjualan unit Genset Cummins yang tidak lepas dari pemakaian panel control Genset, pada 1993 PT Altrak 1978 yang berada di HO Jakarta, merintis produksi panel Genset yang awalnya bersifat sebagai support penjualan Genset saja.

Posisi:

1. Drafter
Requirements:

• Male/Female, max 35 years old.
• Bachelors Degree in Electrical Engineering.
• At least 1 years of working experience.
• Able to AutoCAD and SolidWorks.
• Expert in construction of panels and electrical asystems.
• Placement in Bintaro, South Jakarta.

2. Spv. Human Resource (HR)
Requirements:

• Male, max. 40 years old.
• Magister Degree from Industrial Engineering, HR Management, Psychology, and Law.
• Bachelor Degree with 5 years experience are welcome.
• Able to lead, coordinate, and teamwork.
• Understand labor laws, benefit and compensation, BPJS.
• Able to payroll process and absenteeism.
• Fluent using Ms. Office and Linux.
• Placement in Head Office (South Jakarta, Bintaro).

3. IT – Staff
Requirements:

• Male/Female, max 30 years old.
• Diploma and Bachelors Degree in Computer.
• At least 1 years of working experience in the same field or fresh graduate are welcome.
• Have general understanding about IT
• Able to monitoring and maintaining computer system and networks (prefered).
• A communicative person and able to work in a team.
• Placement in Jakarta (Male/Female).

4. IT – Programmer
Requirements:

• Male / Female, max 35 years old.
• Bachelor degree in Computer.
• Fresh graduate or having experience in the same field would be an added advantage.
• Having knowledge in any programming language would be an added advantage (programming language in Progress RDBMS/
• Mobile / Web application(Javascript)).
• A communicative person and able to work in a team.
• Placement in Jakarta.

5. Technician & Electrician
Requirements:

• Male, max 25 years old.
• Vocational High Schools, Diploma and Bachelors Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
• Fresh graduate are welcome.
• Placement in Surabaya, Medan, Samarinda, Balikpapan, Banjarmasin, Palembang, Pontianak, Kendari.

6. Sales Engineer
Requirements:

• Male, age 25 – 30 years old
• Bachelor degree with major Engineering or Marine Engineering
• Experience in heavy equipment
• Placement in Banjarmasin, Surabaya.

7. Customer Service Officer
Requirements:

• Max. 30 years old.
• Candidate must possess at least Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Civill, Electrical, Electronic, Industrial, Marine, Mechanical) or equivalent.
• At least 1 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Preferably staff (non-management & non-supervisor) specialized in Customer Service or equivalent.
• Placement in Jakarta, Pangkal pinang, Bandung, Surabaya, Balikpapan, Makassar, Pontianak.

8.  HSE Officer
Requirements:

• Male, max. 30 years old.
• Diploma / Bachelors Degree in Safety Engineering, Health and Safety Environtment or equivalent.
• At least 1 years of working experience in the same field.
• Able to LINUX or Ms. Office (Ms. Word, Ms. Excel, Ms. Power Point).
• Placement in Melak-East Kalimantan, Bengalon-East Kalimantan, Batu Kajang-East Kalimantan.

9. Storeman Trainee
Requirements:

• Male, max 29 years old.
• Senior High School majoring in all Engineering.
• Fresh graduate are welcome.
• Able to Ms. Office (Ms. Word, Ms. Excel, Ms. Power Point).
• Placement in Makassar, Palembang, Sangatta-East Kalimantan.

10. Sales Engineer (Head Office)
Requirements:

• Male, max 30 years old.
• Bachelors Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Automotive and Marine Engineering.
• At least 2 years of working experience.
• Good looking, good communication skills.
• Have SIM A or SIM C.
• Able to LINUX or Ms. Office (Ms. Word, Ms. Excel, Ms. Power Point).
• Placement in Bintaro, South Jakarta.
