Lowongan Kerja PT Hyundai Motor Manufacturing Indonesia Juli 2020

PT Hyundai Motor Manufacturing Indonesia berdiri pada 1947 dari sebuah perusahaan kontruksi oleh Chung Ju Yung adalah perusahaan pabrik mobil yang berlokasi di Jawa Barat. Hyundai Motor Company (HMC) menjadi salah satu produsen mobil dunia asal Asia terbesar setelah Jepang. HYUNDAI menapakkan rodanya di Indonesia lewat agen tunggal pemegang mereknya, PT Citra Mobil Nasional (CMN). Mobil Hyundai pertama yang pertama kali diluncurkan adalah Elantra pada tahun 1995 yang merupakan mobil Korea pertama yang dipasarkan di Indonesia hasil rakitan pabrik Hyundai di Bekasi Barat. Sejak awal Hyundai Indonesia sudah mempunyai pabrik assembling dengan kapasitas produksi per tahun 10.000 unit untuk masa kerja satu shift.

Posisi:

1. General Affair Manager
Qualification:

  • Bachelor’s degree in law and social.
  • At least 12 year (s) of working experience in General Affair and the related fieldis required.
  • Proficientin Ms. Office.
  • Experience in Manufacturing particularly in automotive industry.
  • Experience with standards ISO 14001, SMK3, Fire Safety Management Systems, and Security Management.
  • Must have strong analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Strong leadership & interpersonal skills to motivate an General Affair team.
  • Mature and has a good analytical thinking, sense of responsibility and influencing skills.
  • English skillis a must.
  • Have work experience 10 years in manufacturing.

2. Human Resource Manager
Qualification:

  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree, Master’s Degree/Post Graduate Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management/Finance/Accountancy/Banking/Human Resource Management/Psychology or equivalent.
  • At least 10 year (s) of working experience at Automotive Company in the related field is required for this position.
  • Required skill(s): Compensation benefit, HR operation, Document control, Recruitment.
  • Preferably Manager/Assistant Manager specialized in Human Resources or equivalent.
  • English skillis a must.

3. Employee Relation Manager
Qualification:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Law from reputable university, hold master degree is preferred.
  • Having advocate licence in advantage.
  • Experience in automotive sector.
  • Good command of both written and spoken in English.
  • Minimum 10 year’s experience in handling industrial and employee relation related issues.
  • Solid knowledge of Indonesia labour law, rules & regulations, solicitor, and contract/legal document drafting
  • Computer literacy especially in Ms Office.
  • Leadership experience.
  • Strong interpersonal, conflict management, communication, negotiation, and collaboration skill.
