Posisi:
HR GeneralistResponsibilities
- Administer compensation and benefit plans
- Monitor & controll medical reimbursement, HR advance, and payment settlement
- Conduct employee onboarding
- Provide support to employees in various HR related topics such as leaves and compensation and resolve any issues that may arise
- Promote HR programs to create an efficient and conflict-free workplace
- Assist in development and implementation of human resource policies
- Gather and analyze data with useful HR metrics, such as time to hire and employee tumover rates
- Maintain employee files and records in electronic and paper form
- Ensure compliance with labor regulations
Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management / Psychology / Law / equivalent from a reputable university with a minimum GPA of 3.00
- At least 2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Have a good knowledge about general human resources policies and procedures
- Have a good knowledge about employment/labor laws
- Familiar with HRIS
- Must be highty organized, detail-oriented, able to multitask, and negotiation
- Mastering Microsoft Office
