Digital Content Executive - Jakarta
We are looking for a qualified Digital Content Management Executive to join our digital team.
You will be working closely with the brand team and the other digital channel team. You will be responsible for digital content development for each brand campaign. In addition, you will coordinate with regional and OC teams to see the content is in line with the overall brand and communication strategy.
Responsibilities
- To understand the business process of content planning and development.
- To supervise and control the budget allocation process to ensure delivery as per commitments.
- To conduct an integrated brief to external stakeholders and supervise the ideation process, to ensure message integration and consistency across digital channels.
- To ensure all content plan and strategy are executed based on approved documents
- In charge for the implementation of content plan & strategy from production to deployment in order to be consistent with the brand or campaign brief.
- To bring new ideas with a test-learn-deploy mindset and provide actionable insights coming from analytic reports in order to advise the Digital Content Management Manager for content improvement and refinement and if necessary change action plan.
- To manage all related internal and external stakeholders to execute strategies and conduct regular monitoring of progress and implementation of corrective actions.
- To create and present (if needed) documents for content planning and development to ensure / complete the business process.
Skills & Experiences
- Overall 3+ years of experience either in a creative agency, digital agency, or FMCG Marketing
- Prior experience in content production, engage with different business stakeholders, and influencing people is strongly preferred.
- Advanced copywriting and content marketing skills
- Good understanding of digital marketing ecosystem and tools is preferred
- Planning and budgeting skills are an asset.
- Possesses a strong consumer centric approach, good interpersonal communication skills, and good project management skills.
- Out of the box individual with passion in storytelling and creative thinking.
- High proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
- Experience with Content Management Systems / Taxonomies and familiar with Agile / Scrum Methodology is a plus

We are looking for Manager Infosec Asia Entities, who will be responsible to responsibilities:
- Lead a team of information security experts for the Asia markets.
- Drives adoption and seeks for enhancement of information security practices.
- Accountable for improving the end user cyber security awareness and improve the readiness level for cyber-attacks for the markets in the cluster
- Coordinates risk assessment / management / mitigation with respect to standards, procedures and guidelines, and controls for the markets
- Supports resource management and team allocation

- Conduct various research activities and ensure that all activities in line with the laboratory standards and procedures in timely manner.
- Deal with various analytical methods while gathering and analyzing scientific data by utilizing statistical tools.
- Perform the method development and validation to build the laboratory capabilities to extend the scope of the analysis and act as internal resource for scientific information.

Experience Required
- University graduate (Bachelor or Master degree) from reputable universities, preferably majoring in Chemical or Chemical Engineering
- Have 3 years’ experience as a Scientist or Quality Assurance or other equivalent experiences preferably from tobacco, food, pharmaceutical or similar industry would be an advantage
- Having experience in validation management
- Proven technical skills as a professional in the field of Chemistry.
