Singapura. Berawal dari layanan transportasi, perusahaan tersebut kini
mempunyai layanan lain seperti pengantaran makanan dan pembayaran yang
bisa diakses lewat aplikasi mobile. Pada awalnya, Grab berdiri di
Malaysia, sebelum kemudian memindahkan kantor pusat mereka ke Singapura.

Posisi:
1. PROJECT OPERATIONS MANAGER, GRABMART
Requirement:
- Bachelor’s Degree in relevant field
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia
- Good in written and spoken English
- At least 4-6 years of experience working in Management Consulting/Operations/Strategic Planning or related jobs
- Experience in business analysis
- Experience in data extraction and manipulation
- High level of adaptability in working in a fluid environment
- Excellent organisational and problem-solving/decision-making skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
- Dependable and reliable with timely follow-up skills
- Strong commercial and analytical rigor in all aspects of planning and delivery
- Passionate about the social mission and making a positive impact in emerging markets
2. BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER, GRABMART
Requirement:
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher in any field (preferably in business, management or marketing)
- Minimum 5 years of experience in dealing with major brands is a must. Of great importance is experience in structuring collaboration terms, securing deals and collaboration campaign
- FMCG/Supermarket/Retail industry background is an advantage
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in both written and spoken English
- Microsoft Office skills are required (MS. Excel, MS. Word and MS. PowerPoint)
- A highly independent individual with excellent team-working skills
- Ability to build good relationships with partners and match partners’ needs and organisation resources to grow the GrabMart business
- Ability to fuse business, strategy, finance and legal concepts to lead complex, multi-faceted deals
- Energetic, enthusiastic and calm even in a dynamic and fast paced environment
- Excellent time management and communication skills with excellent leadership skills
3. EATER OPERATIONS MANAGER, GRABFOOD
Requirement:
- Bachelor (and/or) degree and fluent in Bahasa and English
- Must be able to use Excel and be comfortable analyzing large data sets
- Minimum of 3-5 years experience with start-up/tech, operations, e-commerce, marketing or management consulting background
- Applicants must have a good balance of interpersonal and analytical skills to be successful
- Applicants must demonstrate exemplary project and operations management skills, as well as an ability to combine big picture thinking with understanding details
- Ability to work independently and deal effectively with complex, changing and ambiguous environment
- Ability to communicate clearly to different stakeholders
- Able to propose/ make key decisions or provide solid recommendations based on data & analytical thinking and insights
- Entrepreneurial & resourceful – able to put on different hats; goal is to achieve targets with a “can-do” attitude
4. KEY ACCOUNT MANAGER, GRABFOOD
Requirement:
- Minimum of 3-5 years experience of sales business development, account management or operations
- Experienced in handling and dealing with partners (account management experience)
- An exceptional track record of driving revenue through partnerships
- Multi-tasking and able to work under pressure and constantly changing environment
- Proficient in English is a plus
- Passion for the on-demand delivery space, and food delivery in particular
- Comfortable to work using laptop and internet
- Great communication and negotiation skills
- Willing to be under contract status 6 months
