1. Specialist Cash Control & Compliance

JOB DESCRIPTIONS :

  • Monitoring AR, AP activities and reporting
  • Maintain & update payment from customer on file tracking list AR by weekly
  • Provide monthly & weekly cash flow report
  • Manage company’s cash flow monthly, weekly and daily
  • Manage the bank account
  • Implement effective treasury process
  • Supervise the daily operational task of finance operation
  • Develop and update finance policies and procedures for operational efficiency

2. Senior Specialist Tax

JOB DESCRIPTIONS :

  • Responsible to lead, direct, evaluate, and develop tax professionals to ensure that corporate tax strategies are accurately and consistently applied and adhere to all rules, laws, And established standards / relevant
  • Manage the effects of government regulation on business and taxation that may affect the company’s business operations
  • Manage of tax disputes and developing ligency analyses and proposing the most efficient solutions
  • Establishing professional relationships between the company and external auditors
  • Manage exposure potential in performing tax savings in accordance with the business capacity and operations of the business
  • Make a plan, manage, control, and evaluate the tax accounting and payment activities that the company has to pay, whether PPN or tax payments activities, and prepare monthly / yearly tax returns

3. Specialist Budget Control & Financial Modelling

JOB DESCRIPTIONS :

  • Prepare variable data and budget, and coordinate with the project / department for arrangement the budget
  • Responsible to input data in SAP System / BW
  • Support the monthly closing & request audit
  • Make a compile data of monitoring actual and budget, and communicate to site project /department leader
  • Prepare reforcase data
  • Make estimate IRR, cash flow, and cretaria for investment
  • Make a research to support the feasibility of the project and to support the requirements for due dilligence

REQUIREMENTS :

  • Min. Bachelor Degree in Accounting
  • At least 3-5 years of experience in the budget cost control & financial modelling (preferred from reputable mining contractors companies)
  • Prewith advance proficials in using the Microsoft office (specialy Excel) and SAP ( SAP HANA new version )
  • Understanding financial modelling (PNL, cashflow) and financial planning
  • Understands the budget cost control of mining industries & understand tax planning

4. Officer Organization Development

JOB DESCRIPTIONS :

  • Responsibility of performance assessment and IDP
  • Makes a recapitulation of performance assessment and function assessments with its authorization to manage performance assessment database and IDP all employees
  • Make a work assessment periodically, evaluate and plan sub-ordinate development (PA & IDP)
  • Organize, repairs, and structural changes of each division to achieve organizational effectiveness
  • Create a job description, job specification and job evaluation of every position in all departments and putting it in the SAP system
  • Makes a recapitulation of labor planning results including SDM budgets from all departement in the HO / Site Project

REQUIREMENTS :

  • Min. Bachelor Degree of Psychology / Management / Industrial Engineering

5. Engineer Geotechnical

JOB DESCRIPTIONS :

  • Create both a system of monitoring and geothecnical studies to prevent avalanches from happening
  • Created an assessment geotechnical project that can be used by both mine plan and operational in the mining work
  • Optimize the implementation of geotechnical to safely and make a plan the removal of the necessary geotechnical data in the implementation of mining operations or operations on particular projects or areas, both for active projects and for new project development
  • Meeting with client related, provision / acquisition of geotechnical data for use in a analysis
  • Responsibility to preparing and providing geoengineering recommendations
  • Give a recommendation if needed on the other side (vendor/ settlement)

6. Analyst Equipment Health

JOB DESCRIPTIONS :

  • Planning, controlling and evaluating the administrative process (completeness of data, input and updating of technical data) in the CMOS program and discussing alternative solutions to problems faced in the CMOS system.
  • Planning, compiling and coordinating with related parties regarding the availability of spare parts and manpower, scheduling maintenance and repairs in accordance with data and information on the CMOS program.
  • Evaluating, reviewing and checking weekly reports on the implementation of preventive maintenance (PM) and corrective maintenance (CM), types of damage to units, use of spare parts and others that have been implemented.
  • Evaluate the maintenance plan of the head office and compile a monthly maintenance plan.
  • Develop a maintenance scheduling system and discuss solutions to problems found in the implementation of maintenance.
  • Planning, coordinating and recommending the determination of critical parts and parts needed by considering cost efficiency.
  • Coordinate and monitor the implementation of lubricant and oil sampling according to the amount assigned to the relevant section, provide reports and recommendations on the results of sample analysis.

7. Lead of Plant

JOB DESCRIPTIONS :

  • Make plans for manpower needs, compile daily work schedules and determine subordinate jobs for maintenance, repair and overhaul of equipment and machinery.
  • Check availability and propose procurement of tools, spare parts and supporting materials needed to carry out maintenance, repair and overhaul of equipment and machines.
  • Controlling and evaluating the use of tools, spare parts and supporting materials
  • Evaluating used spare parts that can be reused in times of urgency.
  • Carry out, supervise, evaluate the results of maintenance activities / preventive maintenance, corrective maintenance and overhaul as well as test runs in accordance with the work order (WO), procedures and schedules that have been set.
  • Oversee the implementation of inspections on the technical and physical conditions of equipment and machines

8. Lead of Mine Operation

JOB DESCRIPTIONS :

  • Explains the progress of job achievement, delayed work, work area conditions and others during the overshift.
  • Carry out safety briefings to operators regarding various matters related to work such as unit position, work to be done, hazard indications, and others.
  • Perform assignments to operators in accordance with the ability to control heavy equipment units and the level of difficulty of the work, as well as directing to the location that has been determined by the Operation Supervisor.
  • Oversee mining operational activities in general, so that they run safely and securely, and provide results with high productivity.
  • Report and coordinate any problems that occur in heavy equipment units to the Plant / Maintenance Section.
  • Prepare reports on the results of safety briefings, equipment / unit activities including those that are stand-by, break down, and those that have entered the service schedule for each shift.
  • Review and evaluate constraints in mining operations and discuss with the Operations Supervisor, as well as find solutions to solve problems that occur.

9. Officer Talent & Performance

JOB DESCRIPTIONS :
  • Conducting socialization for the implementation of Performance Assessment and IDP
  • Coordinating the collection of recapitulation and review for the results of the Performance Appraisal from each project site and function in accordance with their respective authorities
  • Manage the Performance Appraisal and IDP databases on the project site
  • Making Work Appraisals periodically, evaluating and planning the employee development (PA & IDP) project site

10. Officer Recruitment

JOB DESCRIPTIONS :

  • Make a plan for the use of manpower based on the project business plan in coordination with all departments
  • Conduct a recruitment process for prospective Non Staff & Staff employees (maximum Foreman level) in accordance with applicable recruitment procedures
  • Coordinating the needs of non-staff employees on the site through various media, supporting the strategy of working with schools / colleges to find potential candidates
  • Ensure availability of a candidate database that is up to date and meets qualification requirements at the project site level
  • Ensure completeness of new employee documents and verify the validity of related documents for non staff employees at site

11. Lead of Civil Services

JOB DESCRIPTIONS :

  • Supervise and control the progress of mining facility construction work
  • Supervise and maintain mining facilities and other supporting facilities
  • Creating civil engineering, design drawings and general specifications
  • Make RAB and engineering estimate development (cost and quantities)
  • Responsible for all technical aspects of the facility project and responsible for time, cost and quality of work.
  • Manage and review service contracts to ensure facility management is in accordance with needs
  • Prepare mining support facilities requested by the project site
  • Conduct regular inspections and documentation of all mine facilities and head office facilities
  • Allocation and arrangement of facility space for maximum efficiency

12. Engineer Dewatering

JOB DESCRIPTIONS :
  • Ensure dewatering activities are in accordance with the plans and targets set by managing pump equipment, etc., man power pit service, including the dewatering sub-contractor, as well as coordinating the placement and operation of pumps and water management running safely, effectively and efficiently with due observance of these factors. work safety and environment

13. Supervisor Plant

JOB DESCRIPTIONS :

  • Control, maintain and manage mechanical equipment availability under lease agreements.
  • Control and monitor equipment availability.
  • Prepare, control and monitor maintenance planning and scheduling for single equipment and supporting equipment in the long term.
  • Control and monitor daily progress and schedule maintenance.
  • Liaise with dealers and operations supervisors to determine abuse abuse.

14. Superintendent OSHE

JOB DESCRIPTIONS :

  • Develop objectives, strategies, and annual work plans for the QSHE project department in accordance with OSHE corporate and client work plans.
  • Review the budget proposal from subordinates and prepare a budget for the Dept QSHE Project.
  • Ensure that the K3L Management System can be implemented in the project area
  • Coordinating the management of the clinic and medical team, in order to carry out Occupational Health
  • Develop and evaluate the Emergency Response Plan site system
  • Ensure the implementation of the investigation process of all work accidents in the project in coordination with the Project Manager, Dept Head at the site, and QSHE Corporate.
  • As an advisor in providing corrective action from accidents that occur.
  • Coordinate and recommend corrective actions in the implementation of the QSHE Regulations in all work areas.
  • Ensure the implementation of internal K3L audits in the project and support the implementation of audits by external parties
  • Analyze the implementation of compliance with the applicable OSHE Regulations. (government regulations, concession owner regulations, local regulations)
  • Evaluating the use of the QSHE Dept. budget periodically
  • Making QSHE reports (monthly, quarterly, semester and yearly) Dept to Project Manager, Clients and Corporate QSHE

15. Superintendent Mining Operation

JOB DESCRIPTIONS :

  • Monitor and evaluate operational costs & productivity on a periodic basis.
  • Compile and propose a production work plan and monitor the achievement of production targets in accordance with established production parameters.
  • Check and evaluate reports on the mining process and results
  • Resolve obstacles that occur and develop sustainable productivity targeting.
  • Analyze daily, weekly, and monthly and annual production reports and mining costs and compare them with mining plans and budgets (Gap Analysis).
  • Identify potential work accidents / environmental damage and take preventive and corrective measures.
  • Monitor, analyze and evaluate the performance of the Mine Sub Contractor.
  • Identify subordinates’ development needs and determine subordinate development methods.
  • Develop work targets / subordinate KPIs and conduct performance coaching and performance assessments to ensure the achievement of job targets / subordinate KPIs.

16. Senior Technician

JOB DESCRIPTIONS :
  • Assess / Implement and be responsible for the work of Preventive Maintenance Heavy Equipment & Supporting Equipment, including specific adjustments
  • Assess / Implement and be responsible for the Schedule & Unschedule Repair work properly according to the Service Manual.
  • Correcting / Performing adjustment work according to the procedure and specifications in the Service Manual.
  • Analyze reports on the results of monitoring of the application and operation of the unit in the field every day & follow up.
  • Creating / checking and completing the PRS (Parts Requisition Slip).
  • Check, measure and record the condition and wear of undercarriage components.
  • Check, measure and record, deep tread and condition of Truck Tire Heavy Equipment & Non Heavy Equipment every two weeks.
  • Monitor the implementation of Literaure preparations, tools, spare parts, consumables that will be used for repair and maintenance.
  • Check, take control and ensure that the Trainee / Helper Mechanic is doing their assigned job properly.
  • Monitor / check reports on the results of carrying out routine checks on Heavy Equipment & Supporting Equipment according to predetermined standards.
