anak perusahaan dari produsen karet dan ban terkemuka dunia, Bridgestone
Corporation, menyelenggarakan gelaran kampanye tahunan Keselamatan Ban
(Tire Safety) ke-11 pada 25 April 2019. Agar semakin dekat dengan
masyarakat di lingkungan sekitar perusahaan, kampanye Tire Safety tahun
ini dilaksanakan di Pabrik Ban Bridgestone di Bekasi dan Karawang, Jawa
Barat.
Posisi :
1. Sales Engineer
Responsibilities:
- Demand/Sales/Market share analysis for commercial tire group for budget study in the market
- Develop campaign and monitor market reaction
- Achivement monitoring
- Flee approach
- Capture trend, develop solution model and execute
- Develop incentive program
- Review distributors
- Import tire sales plan
- Channel enhancement
- Claim management
- Price monitoring
Requirements:
- Branch / Dealer manager experience at least 2 years
- Strong salesmanship
- Strong in figure / data analysis
- Bachelor degree in Management / Sales & Marketing is an advantage
- Exposed in Sales & Marketing in a multinational company within manufacturing or auto industry.
- Fluent in English both written and spoken
- Good leadership and high level of integrity
- Proven track record of success in driving change & achieving target
- Think strategically and good business orientation
2. Staff Distributor Management & Development
Responsibilities:
- Identify new business opportunities by collaborating with distributors
- Create strategy to increase market share
- Manage and develop distributor sales activities
- Manage implmentation of distributor business plan
- Order control & delivery
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree in business or economy will be an advantage
- Experienced in managing key account
- At least 5 years experience in sales
- Fluent English (writing & speaking)
- Able to work with minimum supervision
- Good communication and negotiation skill
- Good presentation skill
3. Senior Staff OE Sales
Responsibilities:
- Business development
- Project management
- Price and cost
- Budget control
- Periodical report
- Data analysis
Requirements:
- Experienced in sales function
- Experienced in managing project
- B2B experience with price & cost knowledge
- Data analysis
- Presentation skill
- Fluent English (writing and speaking)
- Negotiation skill
4. Senior Staff CSRD
Responsibilities:
- Propose and achieve sales target (Sell in & Sell out)
- Monitor the consumer business sales progress, analyze problems and provide recommendation
- Shop / Family Channel Development & Management
- Provide consultation for shops
- Store audit
- Develop support programs
- Prospecting new Family Channel & dealing stores
Requirements:
- Field experience at retail shop
- Experienced as a shop / store managerfor at least 3 years will be an advantage
- English skill (writing and speaking)
- Strong responsibility mindset to improve low performed shops
- Communication skill (negotiation and persuassion)
5. Sr. Staff Sales Administration
Responsibilities:
- Budget amount
- Budget quantity
- Daily and monthly reports
- Sales administration
- Order allocation
- Supply chain coordination
- PIC for sales report
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree in Accounting is an advantage
- Experienced in Tire or Automotive related industry
- At least 2 years experience as Supervisor in administration, finance, or accounting
- Good understanding in budgeting, pricing, and forecast
- Fluent in English both writing and speaking
- Able to work under pressure
- Strong in data analysis
