Bank Tabungan Pensiunan Nasional disingkat Bank BTPN terlahir dari pemikiran 7 (tujuh) orang dalam suatu perkumpulan pegawai pensiunan militer pada tahun 1958 di Bandung. Ketujuh serangkai tersebut kemudian mendirikan Perkumpulan Bank Pegawai Pensiunan Militer (selanjutnya disebut ”BAPEMIL”) dengan status usaha sebagai perkumpulan yang menerima simpanan dan memberikan pinjaman kepada para anggotanya. BAPEMIL memiliki tujuan yang mulia yakni membantu meringankan beban ekonomi para pensiunan, baik Angkatan Bersenjata Republik Indonesia maupun sipil, yang ketika itu pada umumnya sangat kesulitan bahkan banyak yang terjerat rentenir.

Berkat kepercayaan yang tinggi dari masyarakat maupun mitra usaha, pada tahun 1986 para anggota perkumpulan BAPEMIL membentuk PT Bank Tabungan Pensiunan Nasional dengan izin usaha sebagai Bank Tabungan dalam rangka memenuhi ketentuan Undang-undang Nomor 14 Tahun 1967 tentang Pokok-Pokok Perbankan untuk melanjutkan kegiatan usaha BAPEMIL.

Solutions Architect - South Jakarta
Job Description

  • The Solution Architect is expected to translate business and technical requirement effectively and efficiently into technical solution which would resolved business and operational challenges. Specifically, he or she shall:
  •  Consult and discuss with stakeholders on business and technical requirement
  •  Transform the business and technical requirement into comprehensive solutions
  •  Keep up-to-date and aligned with the current technologies standard and future technologies and trends.
  •  Ensure the product delivered stable and well-integrated to the ecosystems consistently


Requirements

  •  Have at least 5 years’ experience as Software Engineer or System Engineer within IT industry and related industry
  •  Have a strong communication, proven skill on investigation, analytical and problem solving.
  •  Able to work under pressure, high integrity, highly motivated person, committed, and responsible
  •  Able to produce various architecture diagram to visually depict the solutions such as application architecture, integration architecture, technology architecture, system architecture, software architecture using various tools and design principles (banking standard applications architecture, design pattern, cloud application design, Microservices and Monolith application design, software modeling language (UML, ArchiMate))
  •  Extensive knowledge on SDLC process (waterfall / agile)
  •  Have knowledge on various IT products and technologies (Server, OS, database, cloud platform / technology, application servers, tools, API Gateway, messaging server, performance and monitoring system, infrastructure, etc)
  •  Have Banking / Finance and other business domain knowledge is a plus

IT Planning and Technology Platform Specialist - South Jakarta
Job Description

  •  Create and update IT Strategic Plans (RSTI) regularly. Provide support (advisory, tracking, regular report) towards achieving the targets of the IT Strategic Plan (RSTI). Working on strategic consultancy projects.


Requirements

  •  Bachelor degree from various disciplines, majoring in Information Management / Informatics Engineering is preferred
  •  Minimum 6 years experience in the Enterprise Architecture section especially from the fintech industry or the financial services industry (banking)
  •  Having expertise in system design and system architecture - Advance
  •  Has network, infrastructure and telecommunications expertise - Intermediate
  •  Having expertise in data technology (structured / un-structured) - Advance
  •  Having expertise related to security (IT Security) - Intermediate
  •  Understand IT banking operations - Intermediate
  •  Having expertise related to IT Value Management - Intermediate

Learning & Talent Management Admin - South Jakarta
Job Description

  •  Provide administrative support for Learning & Talent Management Team
  •  Organize, compile, update company invoice & vendor agreement record and documentation
  •  Prepare, manage and store paperwork for Learning & Talent Management policies and procedures
  •  Maintain schedule and coordinate learning calendar activities
  •  Organize and compile all Learning & Talent Management Report activities


Minimum Qualifications

  •  Previous working experience as an Learning & Talent Management administrative for minimum 1 years
  •  Ability to effectively use computer software including Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel (intermediate level)
  •  Excellent organizational and time-management skills
  •  Excellent communications and interpersonal skills
  •  Act as a reliable and supportive team member
