Posisi:
1. Control Tower Strategic
What will you do?
- Buildup up the process for smooth coordination and communication process between Operations & Control Tower Team.
- Responsible for identifying and solving operational issues real-time by coordinating with the relevant stakeholders, including the operations and customer facing teams.
- Required to understand the systems and processes of Shipper in detail in order to identify performance gaps.
- Required to do root cause analysis on recurring operations issues and provide the solutions on the same.
- Responsible for decision making on adhoc operations issues to provide the real time solutions.
- Key member from Control Tower to coordinate with senior management on the critical issues.
- Required to publish analysis reports on different operations issues
- Identify opportunities to bring continuous improvements / transformational changes for the asset and manage execution with asset ops, planning and design teams
- Intervene structurally to cater to the dynamic nature of supply network while collaborating with analytics & product teams
What are the requirements?
- Graduated from any major
- Having experience in related field min 1 year
- Should be comfortable with working in different shifts
- Good communication and Analytical skills
- Advanced Excel Experience is must
- Knowledge of Redash, Python & SQL will be an added advantage
2. Control Tower (Solo)
What will you do?
- Processing, monitoring, and generating client’s order
- Coordinate and liase with multi-stakeholders (client, customer and internal division) in the facility to ensure smooth operation
- Handling client complaints, analyzing problems & providing solutions
- Providing daily and weekly reporting order
What are the requirements?
- Male/female 18-35 years old
- Candidates must be possess at least Diploma 3 any field
- Having experience as customer service/front liner is an advantage
- Having great skills in Excel
- Having good communication skills, analytical thinking & problem solving
- Willing to be placed in Solo, Central Java
3. Mitra Relationship
What will you do?
- Set up schedule visit for each Logistic Mitra
- Fill the performance review checklist for each Mitra
- Do monitoring performance for Mitra and knowing their challenges
- Help in handling Mitra’s issue
What are the requirements?
- Male/female 18-35 years old
- Candidates must be possess at least Diploma 3 any field
- Having experience as Logistic Staff/Field Sales
- Having good communication skills, analytical thinking & problem solving
- Having own laptop & motorcycle
- Willing to be placed in Jakarta, Bandung, Surabaya
4. Warehouse Manager (Sumatera) (Remote)
What will you do?
- Supervise the activities of workers engaged in receiving, storing, testing, and shipping products or materials.
- Plan, develop, or implement warehouse safety and security programs and activities.
- Inspect physical conditions of warehouses, vehicle fleets, or equipment and order testing, maintenance, repairs, or replacements.
- Respond to customers’ or shippers’ questions and complaints regarding storage and distribution services.
- Develop and document standard and emergency operating procedures for receiving, handling, storing, shipping, or salvaging products or materials.
- Monitor inventory levels of products or materials in warehouses.
- Develop storage and distribution models that include factors such as warehouse locations, customer locations, or available transportation modes to maximize operational efficiency or sustainability.
- Completes warehouse operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees; following up on work results.
- Maintains warehouse staff job results by coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results.
- Controls inventory levels by conducting physical counts; reconciling with data storage system.
- Maintains physical condition of warehouse by planning and implementing new design layouts; inspecting equipment; issuing work orders for repair and requisitions for replacement.
What are the requirements?
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma Degree in any field.
- At least 3 years of relevant experience in logistics.
- Able to work in fast-paced environment.
- Able to build strong working relationships between co-workers.
- Have superior communication skills.
- Positive attitude, team player, adaptable, resourceful and able to work independently
- Preferably Manager/Assistant Manager specialized in Logistics/Supply Chain or equivalent.
- Willing to work in Sumatera Area
5. Warehouse Inventory Supervisor – East Java & Bali
What will you do?
- Devise ways to optimize inventory control procedures
- Inspect the levels of business supplies and raw material to identify shortages
- Ensure product stock is adequate for all distribution channels and can cover direct demand from customers
- Record daily deliveries and shipments to reconcile inventory
- Use software to monitor demand and document characteristics of inventory
- Place orders to replenish stock avoiding insufficiencies or excessive surplus
- Analyze data to anticipate future needs
- Evaluate suppliers to achieve cost-effective deals and maintain trust relationships
- Collaborate with warehouse employees and other staff to ensure business goals are met
- Report to upper management on stock levels, issues etc.
What are the requirements?
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma Degree in any field.
- Proven experience as inventory supervisor or similar position
- Excellent knowledge of data analysis and forecasting methods
- An analytical mind with strong math skills
- Excellent organizational and planning skills
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
- Positive attitude, team player, adaptable, resourceful and able to work independent
- Willing to work in Bali
