Job Desc
To analyse data related to user feedback and share it with respective stakeholders
You will deliver excellent customer service and manage the needs of our customers (guests and partners) through our communication channels (phone and email)
You will be accountable for meeting individual (KPIs) and team goal and providing regular report to higher management
Take ownership of issues and concerns of customers, including operational issues, pricing / invoice queries etc
Qualifications
Max age 30 years old & At least a Bachelor degree in Finance, Mathematic, Engineering, Computer Science / Fresh Graduate
Evidence of strong management, planning, and organisational skills, required to manage a partner portfolio, purchase of order and customer-centric activities
Directly produces datasets and reports for analysis using databases and reporting
Willing to be placed in PIK, North Jakarta
Able to join immediately
2. Tech Networking Infrastructure Staff
Job Desc
Work closesly with the external vendors/providers, IT service desk & IT infrastructure.
Assist head office to implement network management system.
Monitoring, maintanance & manage health server physical & virtual.
Hands on UNIX or Linux Operating systems/networking hardware.
Hands on with access point, switch & router.
Qualifications
Max age 30 years old & At least a Bachelor degree in Information Technology, System Information, Computer Science or any other related discipline/Fresh Graduate
Proficient in networking concept (TCP/IP, OSI Layer, Subnetting, Routing, Switching, NAT)
Having adequate knowledgeable in DNS server, load balancer, mikrotik, juniper, Fortiget and F5
Strong communication within team and work independently without close supervision
Willing to be placed in PIK, North Jakarta
Able to join immediately
