Sr Officer HR Business Partner

Job Summary :

  • Responsible for working in partnership with key stakeholders within the enterprise stream to develop and implement strategic HR business plans which will support the ongoing success of the business. Develop HR external image and reputation through integrated external relation by well internship and coordination with the third party

Job Description :


  • Leads and communicate the Functional goals to the teams, monitor and evaluates its performance.
  • Provides mentorship and guidance to subordinates

Strategic Partner:

  • Manage alignment of  HR and business strategy, Support business unit to achieve their target by a strategic HR business partner
  • Partner with management to implement SBU/regional strategic plans.

Employee Champion:

  • Directly Listen and respond employee’s opinion or issues and help them to solve the case, help maintain employee engagement, and ensure that the right employees are developing the right skills that the organization will need to remain competitive

Change Agent:

  • Actively participate as Agent of change to ensure well transformation

HR BP Key Initiatives:

  • Manage and conduct several HR Business Partners Key Initiatives especially for Region and Area Offices which consist of Organization and Resources Management, HR Services Management, People Development and Performance Management.

Job Requirements :

  • Minimum Bachelor Degree, preferably from HR Management, Psychology, Economic
  • 3 years of working experience in Business or  HR generalist experience including in-depth knowledge of people development and administration, organization, performance management, employee relations and engagement, labor relations and HR policy
  • Ability to stay focused, delegate, and manage work under pressure with multiple priorities
  • Fluent in English
