Product Manager for Finance Squad
and Accounting team to keep our System of Record in good shape.
Responsibilities :
- Liaison with Finance team Accounting team on weekly basis to update on development of existing system
- Working with cross functional team to setup culture and framework for sound and disciplined financial reporting effort
- Document current system in effort to deeply understand how it work, this is important as milestone to do transformation
- Create Product Vision for Finance Squad to transform current system to next generation system
- Develop journal posting monitoring report for each transaction SAP need to record with Data Team
- Mentor junior Product Manager to help them achieve individual & team objectives
Qualifications :
- Bachelor’s degree (with business or accounting degree preferred) or equivalent 3+ years of experience in Product Management or Consulting
- Experience in Software Development Lifecycle process such as Agile, Scrum, XP and Lean Startup
- Experience in working with FI module, SAP is preferred
- Understand Finance and Accounting concept and what impact it can offer to business growth
- Having eye for detail and ability to work on complex system
- Strong written, verbal and collaboration skills
