Melakukan pengecekan invoice dari transporter, forwarder, dan vendor lain
Melakukan pengecekan surat jalan (SJ)
Melakukan filling dokumen inport
Meneruskan proses invoice kepada devisi AP
Meneruskan proses SJ kepada divisi AR-menginput PO jasa ke sistem accurate
Menginput tanda terima SJ ke sistem Accurate
Melakukan pengecekan stok barang di beberapa outlet/toko
Update stok barang antara di sistem dengan di fisik outlet/toko
Kualifikasi :
Minimal S1 lulusan STMT Jurusan Logistic atau Teknologi Industri
Berpengalaman minimal 2 tahun sebagai SCM Staff atau Logistic Admin
Dapat mengoperasikan Microsoft Office (Microsoft Word dan Ahli menggunakan Microsoft Excel)
Memiliki kemampuan komunikasi dan interpersonal yang baik
