1. Litigation & Intellectual Property Internship
Job Description:
Verify formal documents and process reports of content infringement on Tokopedia (infringement of trademark, copyrights, Food and and Drugs distribution permits, medical equipment licenses, and Direct selling permits/MLM) by principals/rights holders through the reporting dashboard;
Verify formal documents and process the document submission by the principals/right holders in joining Brand Alliance Program through the reporting dashboard;
Monitor the report of content infringement;
Correspond to the user related to the content infringement report.
Job Requirements:
Last semester undergraduate student majoring in Law (Preferably fresh graduate)
Interested in Intellectual Property and product counterfeiting issue
Great communication skills and time management

2. Media Intelligence Intern
Job Description:
Monitor corporate news & other related information.
Gather data obtained from various media channels and deliver daily report.
Extract and present interesting information from findings.
Measure the success of Tokopedia’s communications or PR strategy and its impact.
Collaborate to provide data-driven insights for other teams.
Provide media analysis tailored to the company’s needs.
Job Requirements:
Undergraduate student or fresh graduates preferably from Economics, Accounting, Marketing, or Public Relations, Literature Study.
Proficient in English, both written and verbally.
A critical thinker with strong analytical skills who can use MS Excel, do data analysis, visualization and able to draw summaries, conclusions and recommendations.
Someone who has high willingness to learn, curious, observant and detail-oriented.
Someone interested in current news and can spot trends.
A collaborative team member.
Must be able to work full time from Monday to Friday.
3. DevOps Engineer Intern
Job Description:
Working on the Software Engineering Support Tickets on a daily basis.
Develop and implement solutions using industry standards and patterns to promote consistency, efficiency and risk reductions.
Design and implement continuous delivery systems for agile development.
Build automation for internal agile infrastructure processes and support continuous enhancement.
Infrastructure automation in accelerating Infrastructure SDLC process.
Working on configuration management (GCP, AWS, Aliyun).
Able to work and collaborate proactively within the internal team, and other departments.
Job Requirements:
Last year Computer Science student from reputable university with minimum GPU of 3.30
Programming experience in any language programming especially in Python or Go.
Understanding of CI/CD and available tools.
Experience in Google Cloud Platform, AWS or Alicloud.
Preferred Qualifications:
Have minimal experience with DevOps practices, including infrastructure as code, continuous integration, and automated deployment.
Have minimal experience with container and microservices technology (Docker or Kubernetes).
Able to do Automation scripting (using scripting languages such as Terraform, Ansible etc.).
Experience with Monitoring and Alerting systems (using Grafana, Prometheus, NewRelic, Pagerduty etc.).

Job Description:
Plan and execute Employer Brand’s initiatives to increase company’s branding.
Develop strategies for brand and campaign activities.
Develop and maintain partnerships with local communities and universities.
Deliver prompt campaign solutions within a time frame.

Last semester Marcomm or Public Relation students (Preferably fresh graduates).
Proven skills in project management (Organization, partnership, and event management experience is a plus).

Job Description:
Analyze Tokopedia data and provide data driven recommendation and insights
Monitor store & campaign performance and provide feedback based on findings
Job Requirements:
Comfortable to do complex data processing to give insights that matters to grow the business
Have adequate skills in Excel and/or Google Sheets
Eager to learn with high initiative

6. Sales & Marketing – Physical Goods Central (Intern)
Job Description:
Helping to conceptualize, develop and execute category campaign liaising with some internal stakeholders that related to campaign
Work closely with Category Relationship Manager and Sales & Marketing team Creative team and Product Team in day to day campaign preparation

Job Description:

Think creatively and ideate innovative design concepts, layout, and images with time constraints
Liaise with marketing team to prepare all the design materials for Tokopedia’s campaign and promotion
Facilitate all design-related works at Tokopedia
Job Requirements:
Last semester undergraduate student majoring in Visual Communication Design, Graphic Design, Creative Multimedia or equivalent (Preferably fresh graduate)
High proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, etc)
A strong portfolio of digital imaging and other graphic elements
A keen eye for details and aesthetics
