Lowongan Kerja PT Berdikari (Persero) Tahun 2024

PT Berdikari (Persero) sudah berdiri sejak 1966 dengan nama PT Pilot Proyek Berdikari berdasarkan Keputusan Presidium Kabinet Ampera Republik Indonesia No. 01/EK/KEP/1966 tanggal 12 Agustus 1966. Pendirian Perusahaan tersebut tertuang dalam Akte Pendirian No. 24 tanggal 15 Agustus 1966 oleh Notaris R. Soerojo Wongsowidjojo, SH serta disahkan oleh Menteri Kehakiman Republik Indonesia berdasarkan Surat Keputusan No. J. A. 5/75/9 tanggal 27 Agustus 1988. Pada tanggal 7 April 2000, PT PP Berdikari resmi berubah status menjadi PT Berdikari (Persero). Perubahan tersebut dilakukan berdasarkan Peraturan Pemerintah No. 22 yang dituangkan dalam Akta No.16 tanggal 22 Agustus 2000 oleh Notaris Betsail Untayana, SH serta disahkan melalui Keputusan Menteri Hukum dan Perundang-undangan Republik Indonesia No.C-22369 HT. 01.04-TH 2000 tanggal 12 Oktober 2000. Anggaran Dasar Perusahaan telah mengalami beberapa kali perubahan untuk menyesuaikan dengan dengan Undang-Undang No. 40 tahun 2007 tentang Perseroan Terbatas dengan akta no 64 tanggal 15 Agustus 2008 yang dibuat dihadapan Notaris Surjadi, S.H. Perubahan ini telah mendapat persetujuan dari Menteri Hukum dan Hak Asasi Manusia No. AHU-69425.AH.01.02 tahun 2008 tanggal 25 September 2008.

RPHU Sales Admin Intern


Job Summary

RPHU Sales Admin is responsible for providing administrative support to the sales and marketing teams. This role involves managing sales orders, maintaining customer records, and ensuring effective communication with clients and other departments. RPHU Sales Admin plays a vital role in enhancing the overall efficiency of the sales operations within the slaughterhouse.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Order Processing: Receive, review, and process customer orders for slaughterhouse products. Ensure accuracy in order details and pricing, and confirm availability of products.
  • Customer Relations: Communicate with customers regarding order status, delivery schedules, and any inquiries or issues. Provide exceptional customer service to address customer needs and concerns.
  • Sales Support: Assist the sales team by preparing quotes, proposals, and sales contracts. Collaborate with the sales team to develop and maintain strong customer relationships.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records, sales orders, and other relevant documentation. Organize and file sales-related documents for easy retrieval.
  • Inventory Management: Monitor and track product inventory levels, and report any shortages or surpluses to the appropriate teams. Collaborate with production and procurement departments to ensure availability of products.
  • Billing and Invoicing: Generate invoices, send them to customers, and ensure timely payment collection. Reconcile discrepancies and resolve billing issues as needed.
  • Data Analysis: Assist in generating sales reports and analyzing sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  • Communication: Act as a liaison between the sales department and other departments within the slaughterhouse, such as production, quality control, and logistics, to ensure seamless operations.
  • Documentation: Prepare and maintain documentation related to compliance with regulations and certifications related to the meat industry.
  • General Administration: Perform general administrative tasks, including answering phones, managing emails, and maintaining office supplies.


Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent (a degree in business administration or a related field is a plus).
  • Proven experience in sales support or administrative roles, preferably in a related industry (slaughterhouse processing).
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in office software applications, such as Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
  • Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
  • Knowledge of sales and customer relationship management software is a plus.
