Posisi:
1. Oversight QA Inspector
- Conduct research and analyze publicly available or privately collected data to find patterns, trends, and insights that can help n decision-making and planning, especially in phamacist industries.
Qualifications :
- Senior High School of Chemical Analyst Chemical Industry/ Pharmacy
- Skills in HPLC, AAS, Spectro, and other analytical instrument
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong analytical, communication and critical thinking abilities
2. Analyst (QC and R&D Pharma)
- Responsible to analyzing and evaluating the effectiveness of pharmacy operations and procedures. Analyst will collaborate with various teams to identify areas for improvement and develop solutions that align with the organization’s goals and objectives.
Requirements:
- Diploma Graduates (D3)/ Vocantional School (SMK) of Chemical Analyst/Pharmacy.
- Need strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
- Proficient in statistical analysis tools, data visualization, and predictive modeling.
3. Engineering Tchnician
- Responsible for the maintenance, repair, and installation of utility systems such as water, sewer, gas, and electric.
Criteria:
- Diploma graduates/D3 (Electrical Engineering/Mechanical Engineering). Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
- Good knowledge of Programmable Logic Controller (PLC), Human Machine Interface (HMI), AutoCad and Electrical Panel.
- Willing to work in a shift system.
4. Operator Produksi
- Responsible for feeding raw materials into machines, operating machines, making minor repairs, replacing parts, and testing finished materials for compliance.
Requirements:
- Minimum vocational high school (SMA/SMK) majority engineering/software engineering
- Have at least 1 year of experience at production on pharmacist industries is a plus
- Willing to work in a shift system
- Excellent communication skills.
5. Administration
- Maintain records and prepare financial reports, manage payroll, and handle settlement and contract interpretation for production/office area, especially in pharmacist industries.
Criteria:
- Vocational high school (SMA/SMK).
- Have at least 1 year of experience at administrator on pharmaceutical industries is a plus.
- Strong employee relations, interpersonal and verbal/written communication skills.
- Computer proficiency skills: Microsoft Office.
6. Logistic Weigher/Worker
- Gathering and recording information about products to keep accurate inventory and manage shipping, receiving and stocking more effectively.
Requirements:
- Vocational high school (SMA/SMK) or Diploma graduates
- Have at least 1 year Of experience weigher on pharmaceutical industry is a plus
- Excellent communication skills.
- Have knowledge about principles of occupational safety and health at workplace (K3) is a plus.
7. Vocational Program Officer
Job Criteria:
- Bachelor’s Degree from all major with min. 1 Year Experience
- Strong ability to build and maintain interdepartmental relationships
- Excellent interpersonal, employee relations, and written/verbal communication skills
- Placement: Kalbe Learning Centre (KLC), Pulo Gadung, East Jakarta
8. R&D Quality Officer

9. Line QA Officer
- Monitor the work of the manufacturing personnels and quality in a manufacturing plant, oversee the record keeping of the team, and prepare appropriate reports for management.
Qualifications :

- Gain experience working in quality assurance.
- Experience with Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point (HACCP) systems, ISO standards, production lines, food safety and manufacturing processes.

10. Production Officer

- Developing product formulations and reformulations with an orderly development system in accordance with the company’s strategy. Prepare batch stability for the purposes of new product development, replacement of existing product source, reformulation.

13. Calibration Supervisor
Job Description:
- Oversee calibration activities for all test and measurement equipment across the facility.
- Ensure timely execution of calibration schedules to avoid equipment downtime.
- Support administratives (qualification and validation efforts involving instrumentation and control systems)
- Manage the calibration program for all critical manufacturing, laboratory, and facility equipment
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to increase efficiency and accuracy in calibration
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree (S1) Mechatronics/Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, Pharmacy, or Professional Pharmacist (Apothecary) degree with min. 1 years experience at Engineering Department

14. Complaint, Recall & Return QA C. Supervisor
Job Description :
- Follow up customer complaint related to quality issue
- Support quality and safety document of product that will be used by other dept by creating product safety data sheet
- Ensure process of rework comply with procedure, by evaluating rework request form requester and also coordinate with realted dept to process it
- Ensure substandard products are not marketed by coordinating with related departments regarding recall and return product
Qualifications :
- Apothecaries with min. 1 year of experience related to Quality System are encouraged to apply
- Diligent and Detail oriented
- Have good knowledge of the GMP in a regulated environment
15. SFG QC Supervisor
Ensuring timely and accurate QC operations for semi-finished goods (SFG) by monitoring and reviewing their physica and chemical requirements and regulations analysis with applicable

Overseeing all stability study activities related to pharmaceutical products. This includes managing the execution of stability testing programs, ensuring regulatory compliance, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and supervising analysts in the Stability section to ensure timely and accurate data generation for product shelf-life and regulatory submissions
