 Account Manager / Account Executive

Requirements

  • Bachelor or Diploma Degree in Marketing / Management / Business Development / Commerce / Sales or any related field
  • At least 2 years experience in Sales & Marketing field
  • Maintain relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance
  • Have good interpersonal relation and networking
  • Manage the Sales strategy to reach the target in charge quarterly and yearly
  • Capable to identifies business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the industry; researching and analyzing sales options
  • Have knowledge about Information Technology Industry
  • Have an excellent communication, business intelligence and negotiation capabilities is a must
  • Outgoing, proactive, organized, works well under pressure, ability to meet strict deadlines, Sales oriented personality
  • Presentation about product and negotiation until closes deals with clients
  • Max. 30 years old

Human Capital Staff

Requirements

  • Bachelor or Diploma Degree in Human Resource / Psychology or any related field
  • At least 1 years experience in Human Capital field
  • Understanding about recruitment and selection process and familiar with recruitment style in digital company to attract suitable candidates
  • Capable to managing personnel administration and HRIS
  • Familiar with some assessment tools for recruitment and familiar with job posters
  • Have an excellent communication, and negotiation capabilities is a must
  • Outgoing, proactive, organized, works well under pressure, ability to meet strict deadlines, oriented personality
  • Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures across the organization

IT Support Staff

Requirements

  • Diploma or Vocational High School in Engineering (Computer / Networking / Telecommunication / Information Technology)
  • Having knowledge about troubleshooting PC, Notebook, Scanner, Printer, Network Setting, Installation Software, Video Conference
  • Have experience handling ticket troubleshooting and follow up the ticket and closed the ticket if the issues is solved
  • Costumer support, open the ticket from user, record the ticket using ticket application
  • Capable to making weekly and monthly report
  • At least 2 years of working experience in the related field is required for IT Helpdesk / IT Support
  • Have good attitude and excellent communication (English & Bahasa)
  • Critical thinking and strong attention to details
  • Max. 28 years old
