Tanggal14 November 1995 dilakukan Penawaran pada saham Telkom. Sejak itu saham Telkom tercatat dan diperdagangkan di Bursa Efek Jakarta dan Bursa Efek Surabaya (keduanya sekarang bernama Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI/IDX), Bursa Efek New York (NYSE) (Diperdagangkan pada tanggal 14 Juli 2003) dan Bursa Efek London (LSE). Saham Telkom juga diperdagangkan tanpa pencatatan di Bursa Saham Tokyo (TSE). Jumlah saham yang dilepas saat itu adalah 933 juta lembar saham. Sejak 16 Mei 2014, saham Telkom tidak lagi diperdagangkan di Bursa Efek Tokyo (TSE) dan pada 5 Juni 2014 di Bursa Efek London (LSE). Pada Tahun 1999 ditetapkan Undang-undang Nomor 36 Tahun 1999 tentang Telekomunikasi. Sejak tahun 1989, Pemerintah Indonesia melakukan deregulasi di sektor telekomunikasi dengan membuka kompetisi pasar bebas. Dengan demikian, Telkom tidak lagi memonopoli telekomunikasi Indonesia.

Telkom membeli 35% saham Telkomsel dari Indosat tahun 2001 yang merupakan bagian dari implementasi restrukturisasi industri jasa telekomunikasi di Indonesia yang ditandai dengan penghapusan kepemilikan bersama dan kepemilikan silang antara Telkom dan Indosat. Sejak bulan Agustus 2002 terjadi duopoli penyelenggaraan telekomunikasi lokal dan pada tangal 23 Oktober 2009, Telkom meluncurkan "New Telkom" ("Telkom baru") yang ditandai dengan penggantian identitas perusahaan. 

Posisi :

Data Scientist
Requirement

• Have 3-5 years hands-on experience in the exploitation of data and the use of advanced statistical and modelling techniques to understand and improve business performance in at least one major industry vertical;
• Having a Very good understanding about statistics , Data Engineer and Data Modelling
• Be a clear, confident and persuasive communicator, with excellent presentation skills and with the ability to structure a coherent, logical argument and the confidence to defend assumptions, projections and recommendations;
• Demonstrate a keen interest in, and fair understanding of, big data technology and the business trends that are driving the adoption of this technology;
• Be proficient in the use of both written and spoken business English;
• Possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills;
• Demonstrate excellent organizational and people skills, including the ability to work independently and appropriately prioritise between competing opportunities
• Have a background in business and / or technology consulting;

Software Quality Assurance Engineer
Requirement

• Have 2 years experience in Software Quality Assurance
• Strong knowledge of software QA Methodologies, tools and processes
• Experience in writing clear, concise and comprehensive test plans and test cases
• Fluent using Kobiton and Appium, Groovy. - Experienced in using Device Farms, Katalon.
• Good Knowledge of Database, API, Agile Methodology such as Scrum or Kanban, UML, ERD and Flowchart.
• Familiar with several tools such as TestRail, JMeter, SonarQube, Nessus, Postman, Selenium, Cypress, and Cucumber
• Experience working in an Agile / Scrum development process
• Experience with performance and / or security testing is a plus

Scrum Master
Requirement

• Minimum of 2 years experience as scrum master.
• Strong passion in technology & software development.
• Expert level facilitation and communication skills: ability to facilitate teams through tough conversations and maintain a positive and supportive team environment.
• Ability to respond quickly, flexibly and positively to change, using it as an opportunity to learn, develop, practice and support the organization.
• Capable of defining problems, collecting data, establishing fact, drawing conclusions and recommending solutions.
• Thorough understanding of the software development lifecycle.
• Experience as QA or software developer.
• Must be self-motivated as well as creative and efficient in proposing solutions to complex, time-critical problems.

• Could be a facilitator of Scrum
• Have an experience managing product / software development
• Knowledge about JIRA, Confluence and Trello is a plus

Frontend Developer
Requirement

• Design and implement leading platform used and loved by hundreds of millions of users.
• Break down and implement solutions to complex and flexible business features.
• Maintain and improve our high-quality in-house JavaScript libraries and toolsets, for example a complete React UI framework following our design guidelines.
• Participate in fierce and candid code review with peers.
• Participate in regular internal technology sharings and other regional tech events.

Requirement

• Have 2 years experience in Document Engineer
