TCID memproduksi produk perawatan dan perawatan rambut, produk perawatan kulit, barang make-up, pewangi, dll. dengan merek Tancho, Mandom, Spalding, Gastby, Pixy, Pixy UV Whitening, Pucelle, Excel, Lovillea, La Beaute, Miratone, Johnny Andrean dan beberapa merek tambahan untuk ekspor. TCID tercatat di Bursa Efek Indonesia di tahun 1993 pada Papan Utama. Perusahaan didirikan pada tahun 1969 dan berpusat di Jakarta, Indonesia.

Saat ini PT. Mandom Indonesia Tbk kembali membuka lowongan kerja dengan kualifikasi sebagai berikut.


Posisi :
1. Product Development Section Leader
Job description:

• Understand all fundamental phases of product development.
• Team up with various department to develop appropriate delivery system and aesthetics for all products.
• Manage and lead teams though any in-market product issues, working closely with packaging, formula, and production to identity, solve and communicate in an efficient manner.
• Developing innovation strategies and identifying key products to move forward into the pipeline.
• Determines customers’ needs and desires by specifying the research needed to obtain market information.
• Recommends the nature and scope of present and future product lines by reviewing product specifications and requirements; appraising new product ideas and/or product or packaging changes.

Job requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor/Master Degree in any equivalent major.
• Required Skill(s): Market research, Statistic tools.
• Preferably minimum 3 years experience specialized in Product Development in Consumer Goods or equivalent.
• Having brief knowledge about FMCG (Fast Moving Consumer Goods) Business, especially in personal care&fragrance
• Having strong analytical and good communication skills.
• Able in English, both written and spoken.

2. Product Development Staff (Body & Deodorant)
Job description:

• Responsible for creating concept both for new and existing product in order to develop company product, especially in GATSBY team (Body & Deodorant)
• Conceptualize product ideas and pitch prototypes to labs and ensure submission meets standards and protocol.

Job requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree in any major.
• Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply.
• Required Skill(s): Market research, Data Analytics, Good Brainstorming
• Preferably Less than 1 year experience specialized in Product Development or equivalent.
• Having brief knowledge about FMCG (Fast Moving Consumer Goods)
• Having strong sense in cosmetic & good logical thinking
• Able in English, both written and spoken.

3.  Product Development (Hair Category)
Job description:

• Responsible for creating concept both for new and existing product in order to develop company product, especially in GATSBY team (Hair Category)
• Conceptualize product ideas and pitch prototypes to labs and ensure submission meets standards and protocol.

Job requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree in any major.
• Required Skill(s): Market research, Statistic, FGD
• Preferably Less than 1 year experience specialized in Product Development or equivalent.
• Having brief knowledge about FMCG (Fast Moving Consumer Goods)
• Computer literate (basic Ms.Office)
• Having strong sense in cosmetic & good logical thinking
• Able in English, both written and spoken.
