Sejak tahun 1990 hingga 2013, peran Honda Sales Operation sebagai Dealer Resmi Sepeda Motor Honda terbesar di Indonesia telah menyebar di 21 Provinsi dengan jumlah Dealer Resmi lebih dari 160 Dealer, 80 Bengkel resmi dan jumlah pos penjualan lebih dari 100 outlet dan memiliki lebih dari 3.550 Karyawan dengan penjualan perbulan mencapai 30.000 Unit.

Dealer Resmi yang pertama adalah Dealer Resmi Kudus di Semarang yang dibuka pada tahun 1990 yang beralamatkan di Jl. A. Yani Ruko Panjunan Blok A 5-7, Kudus. Sedangkan Dealer Resmi yang ke-130 yang baru saja kami buka adalah Dealer Resmi Tegal 2 di Semarang yang beralamatkan di Jl. Garuda RT. 06 RW. 03 (Perum Bumi Bongkok Asri) Kel. Bongkok Kec. Kramat Kab. Tegal, 52181.

The Program is designed to prepare Future Leaders in Astra Motor by providing knowledge and practices on our business. Here is the Departments at Astra Motor: Operation, Marketing, Retail, Technical Service, Spare Parts, Customer Care, Finance, Human Capital, General Support, Legal dan Business Development.

Minimum Qualifications

Minimum Bachelor degree from any major with minimum GPA of 3.00
Maximum 27 years old
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
Willing to be placed all around Indonesia

Branch Head Development Program - Jakarta
Job Description

Branch Head Development Program is a program that prepares new employees to become Branch Head in the Astra Motor, a way to give recognition and understanding of the business, management and values held by Astra Motor. As well as providing new equipment for new employees about the materials associated with respective jobs as new employees in accordance with the field work that will occupy.
