Posisi:
1. NOC StaffResponsibilities
- 1st analyze network problem
- Monitoring network such as OLT, ONT, ISP, switch, rectifier, etc
- Create TT live network (open, resolved, closed)
- Follow up TT open activity until closed or alarm clear
- Record activity of TT open until closed on summary TT
- Collect, share NAV, and summary TT (daily, weekly, monthly)
- Handle trouble or issue from tenant or customer
- Escalate issue to related department
- Follow up to customer or vendor regarding issue on live network
Requirement
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical / IT / Telecommunication or equivalent from reputable university with minimum GPA of 3.00
- Minimum 1 year experience in field operation testing, NOC, troubleshooting, and project implementation
- Basic understanding of network monitoring concept and management tools
- Experience of diagnosing network and service issues, following them through to resolution
- Have good troubleshooting and analyze skill especially on transmission switch / router, OLT, ONT, fiber optic, rectifier, and power
- Ready to work shifting

2. Network Performance Staff
Responsibilities
- Make data analysis and network monitoring as part of maintaining SLA devices and responsibility for customer service
- Creating problem and solution reports (RCA) as a form of progress improvement
- Coordinate with Operations and NOC team for troubleshoot process and problem solving improvement
- Responsible for SLA Tenant (Cellular and Non Cellular) related to devices that have been leased by the customer
Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science / Information Technology / Electro or equivalent
- Atleast 1 year experiences in related fietd
- Having experience with MPLS, VM Machine, Router, Switch, and enterprise IT operation (ONS, DHCP, Proxy, VPN, Firewall)
- Having experience with Switch Nokia, Juniper, Cisco, Mikrotik (have certificate would be advantage), layer 2 & 3
