Posisi :1. GA Analyt

Responsibilities

To support company’s operational activities optimally running through planning, organizing and evaluating the implementation of General Affairs in company.

Qualification

  • Degree from an accredited college or university from all major.
  • At least 3 years in this position and organizations of comparable or larger size and reputation.
  • Demonstrate a deep understanding of security operational standard and Environment, Health and Safety (EHS).
  • Written and verbal will be qualifying, Additional language is always an asset.
  • Excellent communication skills in English both written & verbal and interpersonal skills.
  • Distinctive problem-solving abilities and decision-making.
  • Strong personal credibility and integrity.


2. HR Generalist

Responsibilities

  • To update and distribute information into organization structure and analyze productivity data.
  • To manage People Development and Performance Management process.
  • To ensure the fulfilment and distribution of man power in company.
  • To ensure internalization process of company culture.


Qualification

  • Degree from an accredited college or university in psychology, human resource or equivalent advanced degree required.
  • At least 3 years in this position and organizations of comparable or larger size and reputation.
  • Demonstrate a deep understanding of Human Resources Management, Competency Assessment and Observation Skill.
  • Written and verbal will be qualifying. Additional language is always an asset.
  • Excellent communication skills in English both written & verbal.
  • Strong analytical skill with human resource background.
  • Distinctive problem-solving abilities and decision-making.

Strong personal credibility and integrity.
