TikTok merupakan jaringan sosial dan platform video musik Tiongkok yang dluncurkan pada September 2016 oleh Zhang Yiming, pendiri Toutiao. Aplikasi tersebut membolehkan para pemakai untuk membuat video musik pendek mereka sendiri.

1. Customer Service Specialist

Job Description :

  • Complete feedback path setup, and work with User Insight team to sort out various problems during the trade/purchasing process;
  • Responsible for answering various questions and help to solve;
  • Timely deal with the feedback from users of the platform, timely follow up the ongoing issues until resolved;
  • Monitor data, create reports and provide ideas to improve user experience and customer service;
  • Deep dive analyze the abnormal user feedback and reflect on safety strategies optimization;
  • Summarize user requirements and feedbacks, coordinate with internal stakeholders to optimize current workflow & product features.


Qualifications :

  • Bachelor Degree in any discipline;
  • At least 2 years of customer service experience (e-commerce experience is preferred);
  • Intermediate to advanced English and Indonesian. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills as well as eloquent writing skills;
  • High attention to detail. Ability to understand customer need;
  • Good empathy, be persuasive, flexible to deal with emergencies;
  • Familiar with customer service business process, KPI assessment system, internal flow rule construction, etc;
  • Data-driven decision making ability, good logical thinking ability, excellent communication and coordination ability;
  • Fulfilled 7*24 OnCall requirements;
  • Proficient in Ms Office (Excel, Word)


2. Business Development

Job Description :

  • Responsible for identifying, prioritizing and recruiting the merchants in targeted categories
  • Map out the key accounts and high potential accounts in the category through different information channels (competitor data, industry data, events, etc.)
  • Drive and manage the partnership from end to end – from cold contact through to on-going account management with your brands
  • Collaborate with internal monetization teams to facilitate cross-selling


Qualifications :

  • 3 to 5 years of BD experience from major marketplaces with existing account resources, and experience in account management
  • Good understanding of the merchant landscape and consumer demands in the categories
  • Good communication and sales skills, good understanding on marketplace seller management
  • Enjoy building things from scratch and getting hands dirty
  • Proficient in English and Indonesian language


3. Logistics Operations

Job Description :

  • Drive the deployment of operations in Indonesia, and build partnerships with local key players in the logistics and payment industries
  • Conduct market and industry research, create operation plans to address issues and hedge the risks caused by market or policy changes if needed
  • Manage the day to day operations, track record of high performance and team improvement
  • Ensure procedures and regulations are enforced, and continuously improve the key metrics of productivity, service quality and stakeholder satisfaction


Qualifications :

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably with supply chain operation management background
  • At least 3 to 5 years of working experience in e-commerce marketplace operations
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to secure alignment
  • Self-motivated and results driven, able to collaborate and ability to influence stakeholders
  • Proficiency in English and local Indonesian language. Ability to speak Mandarin will be a good plus.


4. Platform Policy (Risk & Regulatory)

Job Description :

  • Be responsible for merchant & commodity accessing management
  • Optimize the policy for merchant access and craft relevant moderation logic;
  • Optimize commodity display rules and sort out commodity shelving review mechanism
  • Improve the security level and control the merchant & commodity access by standardizing the principle of categories, brands and commodities
  • Monitor the KPI of accessing process, proactively address the problem and continuously monitor the ROI of safety methods in order to improve the overall credibility for e-commerce


Qualifications :

  • Bachelor degree or above.
  • More than 3 years of e-commerce platform operation, or related work experiences in managing seller/merchant/marketplace platform’s health and credibility. Experience with large Internet companies is preferred.
  • Quick learner and good in communication, be patient and diligent, team player
  • Adapt to the fast change of working atmosphere, able to work under pressure
  • English and Indonesia languages proficiency are compulsory. Ability to speak Mandarin will be a plus.


5. Campaign Operations, Livestream Support

Job Description :

  • Plan and operate e-commerce promotion activities around TikTok ecology, and establish e-commerce consumption mentality of platform users
  • Plan and implement the short video and live broadcast of key brands / businesses to ensure the experience and effect of users and businesses
  • Be familiar with the creation of e-commerce content, be able to plan content matrix and marketing play for different types of commodity promotion needs, and be responsible for the final communication and transformation effect;
  • According to the characteristics of local users, sort out and precipitate reproducible content marketing play, precipitate short video / live with goods play SOP


Qualifications :

  • 2-5 years of experience in e-commerce specialising in livestreams
  • Proficient in English and native Indonesian language.
  • Excellent writing skills, planning, copywriting, live content planning or editing work experience or large company marketing planning experience.
  • Keen user product awareness, familiar with domestic and foreign strong interactive products such as ticktok and instagram, like to understand and accept new things, have a wide range of interests, and are sensitive to hot topics and news hotspots;
  • Strong executive ability, communication ability and pressure resistance, can quickly get the results.
  • Excellent communication and resource integration skills, proficiency in English and native Indonesian language.


6. Creator Development Support Specialist

Job Description :

  • Identifying room for improvement in tooling, SOPs and support for creators who are promoting and selling products on TikTok platform
  • Providing ongoing support and training to creators to improve content selling abilities, and study key attributes of successful cases; Building courses/challenges etc. for creators to improve their performance systematically in line with global policies and local strategy
  • Design and create promotion materials or projects for creator recruitment in collaboration with creator management teams


Qualifications :

  • 2-5 years of experience in creator management or influencer marketing from social media platforms, MCNs or influencer marketing teams of brands
  • Strong understanding of creator, social media, e-commerce, livestreaming, and digital trends landscape
  • Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills; comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Proficient in English and native Indonesian language.


7. Seller Development Support Specialist

Job Description :

  • Identifying room for improvement in tooling, SOPs and support for sellers who are promoting and selling products on TikTok platform
  • Providing ongoing support and training to sellers to improve performance, and study key attributes of successful cases; Building courses/trainings to sellers in line with global policies and local strategy
  • Design and create promotion materials or projects for seller recruitment in collaboration with seller recruiting and management teams


Qualifications :

  • 2-5 years of experience in seller management from e-commerce platforms, or e-commerce sales from brands
  • Strong understanding of influencers, social media, e-commerce, livestreaming, and digital trends landscape
  • Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills; comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Proficient in English and native Indonesian language
