PT Bank ICBC Indonesia selanjutnya disebut Bank atau Bank ICBC Indonesia adalah bank yang terbentuk dari hasil akuisisi Bank Halim Indonesia yang saat itu berkantor pusat di Surabaya oleh Industrial and Commercial Bank of China Limited (ICBC Limited) pada 28 September 2007 yang kemudian diubah namanya menjadi PT Bank ICBC Indonesia.

 

 



1. IT APPLICATION DEVELOPMENT

Job Responsibilities :

  • Querying data in oracle database
  • Create regulatory and ad-hoc reports
  • Form the data to XML or other formats
  • Develop software applications required by Bank
  • Maintain and fix software, if needed
  • Create development documents


Requirements :

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering
  • Have 8-10 years of overall experience as IT Regulatory Reporting
  • Technical Expertise (Reporting, Banking IT Application, System and Procedure, Bank Accounting, Bank Operation, Software Development)
  • Have knowledge and experience with database system (Oracle, SQL Server, MySQL)
  • Have knowledge and experience with programming language ( .NET & Java)
  • Should you speak English, it’s a MAJOR advantage!

2. CREDIT AUDITOR CORPORATE

Job Responsibilities :

  • To assists Team Leader of Credit Audit in performing micro risk assessment.
  • To prepare credit audit program and perform audit as per objective of the assignment being performed.
  • To perform credit audit according to the auditing standards, budgets, and time schedules.
  • To analyze the effectiveness of systems and procedures of credit in other department during the course of audit


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Having minimum 3-5 years experience as Corporate Credit Auditor in Banking Industry
  • A solid knowledge and passion in Internal Audit area
  • Should you speak English, it’s a MAJOR advantage!

3. RELATIONSHIP MANAGER (BALIKPAPAN BRANCH)

Job Responsibilities :

  • Undertake marketing activity for RETAIL BANKING (FUNDING & LENDING) product to the customer
  • Undertake Cross selling others banking product according to work target stipulated
  • Monitor the management of account under responsibility
  • chronically to ensure the uninterrupted flow of account management
  • Undertake customer service activity according to service
  • Standard, including handling and following up customer complaint


Requirements :

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Having minimal 4 years of working experience as a Relationship
  • Manager in RETAIL BANKING (FUNDING & LENDING) or fresh graduate are welcomed for Junior Position
  • Base in Balikpapan and have a good pipeline of prospective client
  • If you speak English or Mandarain is a heads up advantage!

4. ADVISORY STAFF TRANSACTION BANKING

Job Responsibilities :

  • Build up and manage network of customer for Advisory business in Bank
  • Manage Investment or Acquisition Project with Clients
  • Arrange meeting and schedule with Transaction Banking team for product information and deals
  • Prepare list of customer and need analysis for related unit to close a deal


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Dynamic and hands-on with at least 6 years relevant experience in Corporate Banking managing Investment or Acquisition Project
  • Excellent in analysis and strong with communication skill
  • Fluent in English, both Speaking and Writing.
  • Chinese skill is a big advantage

5. COMPLIANCE ADVISORY

Job Responsibilities :

  • Review, maintain and socialize new regulations from Financial Authority to related Departments.
  • Provides necessary review, opinion/advice for related Department’s compliance issues/regulations, especially in credit and treasury.


Requirements :

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Having minimum 3-5 years of experiances as Compliance Advisory in Banking Industry
  • A solid knowledge and passion in Compliance area Should you speak English or Mandarin, it’s a MAJOR advantage!

6. HR-PAYROLL

Job Responsibilities :

  • Perform administrative processes related to payment of salary (Employee & Expatriate), overtime, bonus, income tax (PPh 21), actuary calculation etc
  • Include in administration process registration and updating of BPJS Ketenagakerjaan, BPJS Kesehatan and pension fund etc
  • Conduct the administration related to employee loan process and coordinate with related department
  • Responsible to manage new employee probation period, prepare the probationary evaluation form until the issuance of decision letter for permanent employee


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting/Finance/Management, Human Resource Management
  • Having minimal 1 year of experience as Payroll
  • Able to speak Mandarin, both verbal & writing
