Import Officer
Job Role Responsibility
Ensure third party service providers are in compliance with business procedures and requirements.
Monitor operational performance with regular review to include, but not limited to key SSHE measures, HCP compliance, audit/assessment finding, cost, customer care, to determine performance improvement areas.
Administer all claims or operating issues at the third party logistic service provider are brought to sustaining resolution in a timely manner.
May participate in contracts and payables activities such as facilitating contract amendments, handle invoice processing and payment
Ensure adherence to contractual requirements such reporting gains and losses associated annual physical inventories or resolving monthly inventory variances.
Support and review efficiency projects/processes at third party logistics service providers.
Provide input and oversight of the Customs process where appropriate
Qualifications :
Understanding Customs Procedure in the Import & Export
Familiar with Finance and Tax
Experience handle Import licence with Government
Have at least 3 year experience in Export Import (specially Oil and Gas Company)
Competencies
Required skills : Supply Chain, Tax and Finance, Regulatory, Purchasing, Logistics.
Required Language : English & Indonesia
Required educations : Bachelor Degree
