Blibli menjadi  produk pertama PT Global Digital Niaga dimana juga merupakan anak perusahaan Djarum di bidang digital yang didirikan pada tahun 2010. Blibli bekerja sama dengan penyedia jasa teknologi, mitra logistik, perbankan serta mitra dagang dengan standar tertentu untuk menciptakan sistem back-end yang bisa memenuhi kebutuhan pengguna blibli. Kantor pusat Blibli bermarkas di Jakarta Barat dengan biaya infrastruktur seperti server dan jaringan hampir mencapai Rp 100 miliar.Kusumo Martanto, Presiden Direktur Blibli.com juga gencar ekspansi. Ia menuturkan sejak Agustus 2011 telah mengeluarkan dana investasi hingga Rp 50 miliar. Investasi tersebut digunakan untuk pengembangan desain dan layanan situsnya. Posisi

1. Human Resource Business Partner

Description

Consult with line management and provide daily HR guidance
Analyze trends and metrics with the HR department
Resolve complex employee relations issues and address grievances
Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale and increase productivity and retention
Provide HR policy guidance
Monitor and report on workforce and succession planning
Identify training needs for teams and individuals
Evaluate training programs
Suggest new HR strategies

Qualification

Proven work experience as an HR Business Partner for 10 years or more
Experienced in handle team members
Excellent people management skills
Analytical and goal oriented
Demonstrable experience with HR metrics
Thorough knowledge of labor legislation
Full understanding of all HR functions and best practices
Proven experience in managing employee relations and case management
Experience in organizational effectiveness and organization change processes
Ability to take commercial insights and translate into the Organization & People agenda to influence the business.
Proven ability to facilitate, persuade, influence and build credibility with all levels and all functions.

2. Admin of Compensation & Benefit

Description:
As an Admin of Compensation & Benefit, you will be responsible to manage the attendance, mailing, document filling, and support all tasks in the team.
