A. Paragon Leader Development Program (PLDP)
1. PLDP SYSTEM ENGINEER

Qualifications:

Fresh graduate or < 2 years experience
Have experience in the field of cloud computing
Have experience with CI/CD system
Have experience in operating GCP / AWS system (One)
Can perform configuration related to access and security on GCP/AWS (One)
Troubleshooting and analytical skills
Great interpersonal and communication skills
Preferably have an associate cloud engineer certificate or equivalent

2. PLDP SCM – CENTRAL FACILITIES ENGINEERING

Qualifications:

Minimum education is Diploma (D3)
Major in all Mechanical Engineering/ Electrical Engineering
Final year students are welcome to apply
Have 1-2 years experience are welcome to apply

3. PLDP MARKET DEVELOPMENT

Qualifications:

Minimum Diploma (D3) in all major
Final year students are welcome to apply
Willing to be placed in all over Indonesia

4. PLDP IT SOFTWARE ENGINEER

Qualifications:

Minimum Bachelor (S1) or maximum have 2 years experience in Information and Technology
Software Engineer for either one of :
a. Frontend Developer : Familliar with HTML,CSS, JS, JS Libraries (e.g. jQuery) or CSS & JS Frameworks (e.g., Bootstrap) Version Control ( Git ). Experience in JS Framework such as React JS / Vue JS & PWA would be an advantage.
b. Backend Developer : Familiar with PHP / Python based framework, RBAC, API Development & Management, and RDBMS Databases ( SQL ) would be an advantage.
c. Mobile Application Developer : Android Native Java or Flutter
Experience working on real projects related to the skill would be an advantage

5. PLDP ENTERPRISE RESOURCE PLANNING

Qualifications:

Minimum Bachelor (S1) of Information Technology/Information Systems or from other Engineering major with max 2 years experience.
For non IT majoring: must have programming and database experience (esp. Python & PostgreSQL) and have desire to work in an information systems environment.
Have an experience in ERP system (especially Odoo) will be preferred.
Proven analytical skills and systematic problem solving.
Good time-management skills, discipline, with a problem-solving attitude

6. PLDP CUSTOMER DEVELOPMENT

Qualifications:

Minimum Diploma (D3) in all major
Have good negotiation skills
Final year students and 1-2 years of experience are welcome to apply
Willing to be placed in all over Indonesia, except Java

7. PLDP BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT

Qualifications:

Minimum Diploma (D3) in all majors

8. PLDP BUSINESS ANALYST

Qualifications:

Minimum Bachelor (S1) from all major
Fresh Graduate/Experience <2 years
Have good analytical thinking
Excellent skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
Understanding Metabase or Tableau will be a plus
Strong business acumen, problem solving mindset, and ability to work incrementally and exponentially and balance attention to detail with fast execution
Strong communication and project management skills with experience managing complex multi-stakeholder projects
The ability to move and execute quickly in an efficient time to allow continuous iteration is a core competency of our team
Passionate about logistics and distribution

B. Management Trainee (MT)
1. MT SCM – CENTRAL FACILITIES ENGINEERING

Qualifications:

4. MT IT UI UX DESIGNER

Qualifications:

Minimum Bachelor (S1) with 2 years of experience in UI/UX design (mobile apps and websites)
Familiarity with interaction design and information architecture (across iOS, Android and responsive web)
Proficient in using Figma, Sketch & prototyping tools
Problem-solving aptitude (design thinking midset) & excellent communication skills

5. MT IT SOFTWARE ENGINEER

Qualifications:

Minimum Bachelor (S1) or maximum have 3 years experience in Information and Technology
Software Engineer for either one of :

Qualifications:

Minimum Bachelor (S1) of Information Technology, Information Systems, Engineering, Science
Have 1.5-2 years experience will be advantageous
General skill: design thinking, critical thinking, communication skill, and project management
Strong written and oral communication skills + analytical skill

7. MT BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT
