1. Accounting Officer

Responsibility :

Collect documents and do data reconciliation
Create and analyze branch performance reports
Prepare documents related to the audit process

Requirements :

Bachelor of Accounting from reputable university (minimum GPA 3,00)
Maximum age 28 years old
Have at least 1 year experience as Accounting Staff/Officer
Having good logic and experienced in book keeping & accounting concepts
Able to operate Microsoft Office and proficient in using Microsoft Excel (related to data processing)
Preferably those who able to use SAP program
Placement in Sunter, Jakarta Utara

2. Tax Specialist

Responsibilities :

Control Taxation
Prepare Tax Reporting (PPh21, PPh 23 & 4 ayat 2)
Support & handle Tax Audit

Requirements :

Bachelor of Tax or Accounting from reputable university (minimum GPA 3,00)
Maximum age 28 years old
Have at least 2-3 years experience as Tax Officer/Staff
Must certified of Brevet A & B
Have experience & knowledge related to Tax (Counting, Reporting, Reconciliation, Equalisation)
Having experience in tax Audit will be proffer

3. Business Process Analyst

Responsibility :

Develop a system formwork and procedures by defining the work flow of each department
Become a partner/mentor and manage the implementation of improvement with in the company

Requirements :

Bachelor of Management/Industrial Engineering/Audit from reputable university (minimum GPA 3,00)
Maximum age 28 years old
Have at least 1 year experience as Business Analyst
Having good logic, fast learner & eager to learn new things
Process oriented, self discipline in the management & documentation
Good in interpersonal & communication
Placement in Sunter, Jakarta Utara

4. Business Representative

Responsibility :

Conduct unit sales & leases, also monitor unit payments
Maintain relationship with customers to achieve targets set by the company every year

Requirements :

Minimum Diploma from all major (minimum GPA 2,75)
Maximum age 30 years old
Have at least 1 year experience in Sales/Marketing area
Good in interpersonal skill & passionate in sales area
Communicative, confident & sociable
Good looking and attractive
