Tech Administrative/Personal Assistant
Job Descriptions :
Prepare and disseminate correspondence memos, from, payment voucher, invoice of IT related things
Manage the daily/weekly/monthly agenda and arrange new meetings and appointment
File and update contract information of employees, customers, suppliers and external partners
Develop and maintain a filing system, reimbursements, asset management and report
Make travel arrangements
Interact and coordinate with finance, procurement, business Development, RnD and HR teams for cross-division related works
Direct coordinate with Mitra about opening branch in system and legality of opening franchise branch from
Requirements :
Female age maximum 27 years old
Diploma degree from any major, engineering field is preferred
At least 1 year of working experience in the related field such as Administration or Assistant, Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply
Fluent in English and Indonesia both oral and writing skill, fluent in Mandarin is a plus
Required skills : Microsoft Office, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft power Points
High attention to detail and has good communication skill
Have strong analytical skill and strong capability of data analysis and problem solving skills
Fast learning and ability adapt to a dynamic/fast changing work environment
Able to work under pressure and tight deadlines
Good communication skill and great attitude
