PT Hitachi Construction Machinery Indonesia (HCMI) berdiri sejak 1991 dibidang manufaktur Excavator, dan manufaktur Heavy Equipment Components yang merupakan perusahaan joint venture Hitachi Construction Co., LTD dari Jepang, Itochu Corporation – Japan, Hitachi Construction Machinery Singapore Pte. Ltd, PT. Murinda Iron Steel dan juga PT. Anggaputra Dhananjaya. Perusahaan ini memiliki kapasitas produksi 5.500 unit untuk Excavator Mid-size dan Excavator Ultra large 247 unit per tahunnya. PT Hitachi Construction Machinery Construction Indonesia memiliki dua pabrik yaitu di Kawasan Industri MM2100 dan Kantor Pusat di Cibitung dengan peralatan modern guna manghasilkan kualitas sebanding produk yang diproses di Jepang ataupun yang diproduksi di pabrik Hitachi yang tersebar di berbagai negara di dunia.

Posisi:

1. Production Engineering Staff

Qualifications :

Candidate must possess at least Diploma 3 or Bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering
Fresh graduate are welcome or 2 years working experience as Engineering Job
Ability to draw and read Technical/Engineering Drawing
Familiar in using AutoCAD 3D Software is a must
Familiar with Design Calculation of Pressure Vessel and ASME Code is an advantage
Could communicate in English is a must, or could communicate in Japanese will be an advantage
Able to work as a team and individually, loyal to company, honest and good analytical skill
Willing to be stationed in Cibitung, Bekasi - Jawa Barat.

2. Quality Assurance Staff

Qualifications :

Candidate must possess at least Bachelor Degree in Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering
Minimum 1 year of working experience related to Quality Assurance and troubleshooting analysis for unit excavator
Have knowledge/experience TI Basic Progamming
Good English both verbal and written communication skills (able to speak Japanese is an additional point), dynamic and able to work in a team as well or individually
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel & Powerpoint)
Willing to work in Cibitung, Bekasi - Jawa Barat

3. Warehouse Staff

Qualifications :

Candidate must possess at least Diploma 3 or Bachelor Degree majoring in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering or Informatics Engineering.
Fresh graduate are welcome or 1 years working experience as warehouse.
Able to analyze production data and identify problems systematically
Familiar with data analysis or data scientist
Understand the application of IoT technology to production processes is a must.
Could communicate in English is a must, or could communicate in Japanese will be an advantage
Able to work in a team and individually, loyal to the company, honest, hard worker, practical thinking, innovative and solution
Willing to be stationed in Cibitung, Bekasi - Jawa Barat.

4. Test Staff

Qualifications :

Candidate must possess at least Bachelor degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering
Fresh Graduated are welcome or have related experience is an advantage
Could communicate in English is a must, or could communicate in Japanese will be an advantage
Able to work as a team and individually, loyal to company, honest and good analytical skill
Wiling to work in outdoor
Willing to be stationed in Cibitung, Bekasi - Jawa Barat.

5. Career and Development Staff

Qualifications :

Candidate must possess at least Bachelor Degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management or relevant.
Have Min. 1 years of working experience related to People & Organization Development, and Assessment Center Job in Manufacturing Company
Strong knowledge to Conduct job analysis, TNA, Performance Management System, Competency model and Workload analysis.
Could communicate in English is a must, or could communicate in Japanese will be an advantage
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel & Powerpoint)
Able to work as a team and individually, loyal to company, Good Initiative, discipline and hardworker.

6. Accounting

Qualifications :

Candidate must possess at least Diploma 3 or Bachelor majoring in Accounting
Fresh graduate are welcome or 1 years working experience as Finance
Excellent for Arithmetic Counting
Familiar with Computer Administration is a must Especially Excel, SAP system, and Oracle system is advantage
Could communicate in English is a must, or could communicate in Japanese will be an advantage

7. Maintenance Assistant Manager

Qualifications :

Candidate must possess at least Bachelor degree majoring in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering or Any Technic related major
Has min. 1 years working experience as Maintenance Job in Manufacturing Company
Have Knowledge of Programmable Logic Controller (PLC), Microcontroller and IoT Program.
Familiar with Ms. Office (intermediate Ms. Excel, Ms. Word and Power point)
Could communicate in English or could communicate in Japanese will be an advantage
Able to work as a team and individually, loyal to company, honest, work hard, discipline and interest in maintenance works.
Willing to be stationed in Cibitung, Bekasi - Jawa Barat.

8. Personnel Affairs Asst Manager

Qualifications :

Candidate must possess at least Bachelor degree in Management, Psychology, Law or relevant.
Has 5 years working experience on Supervisory level handling for Compensation & Benefit, Payroll and Managing headcount budget Job in Manufacturing Company
Having experience with Payroll System (HRIS) is a must, and computer literate (intermediate Ms. Excel and Power point)
Good knowledge on relevant Labor Law
Having experience in Industrial Relation and Recruitment management are an advantage
