Posisi:
1. ER - Industrial Relation (Internal Audit) Specialist
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Law, Human Resources, Industrial Engineering, or a related field from a reputable university with a minimum GPA of 3.00.
- Must fluent in English, Korean is preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in industrial relations or internal audit
- Strong knowledge of ISO 37000 (Governance of Organizations) and ISO 37001 (Anti-Bribery Management Systems)
- Willing to be placed in Cikarang, Kab. Bekasi.
Job Description:
- Develop internal audit systems based on ISO 37000 to strengthen governance and integrity.
- Audit HR processes, labor law compliance, and organizational controls
- Integrate ISO 37001 to detect and prevent bribery, fraud, and corruption.
- Prepare and present audit reports to management.
- Collaborate with HR and legal teams to ensure audit findings are addressed effectively.
- Act as a key contributor in establishing a transparent, accountable, and compliant internal audit framework.
2. SHE - Safety & Fire Jr. Specialist
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in occupational health and safety (OHS), Enviromental Engineering, or any related field from reputable University min GPA 3.00.
- Must fluent in English, Korean is preferred.
- Minimum 1 years experience, fresh graduate are welcome to apply.

Job Description:
- Develop and maintain safety policies.
- Oversee fire safety programs.
- Conduct safety training sessions.

3. QA/QC - Jr. Specialist
Job Requirements:

4. Press/Body - Maintenance Specialist
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering with a minimum GPA of 3.00 from a reputable university.
- Must fluent in English, Korean is preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the automotive industry, specifically in maintenance for press or body shop.
- Proficient in PLC, robotics, inverters, anc preventive maintenance systems.
- Have sbility to troubleshoot, instruct repair techniques, and assist if needed.
- Willing to be placed in Cikarang, Kab. Bekasi.
Job Description:
- Perform and oversee preventive and corrective maintenance for press/body equipment.
- Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical, electrical, and automation issues.
- Ensure equipment reliability and minimize downtime through continuous monitoring and improvement.
- Collaborate with production and engineering teams to support operational efficiency.
- Maintain compliance with safety and quality standards in all maintenance activities.
